Where they left off – Peter, Amina, and Tara were still on the couch. The beloved host, Monique, had asked Amina whether she believes she’ll ever end up like Tara and Amina answered honestly. She told everyone that she was already like Tara. The same mind games he played with Tara; Peter turned around and did to her. All throughout the season he was swinging from one to the other and Amina admits she isn’t stupid. She knows she can’t change Peter no matter how much she may try or how many hours she’s willing to give to their relationship. It’s not like Peter hasn’t always been clear that he loves both of them.
The only difference is that she thought because they were married that Peter saw something special in her. He cheated on Tara plenty of times and yet he married Amina. Well, Monique asked Tara why she continued to sleep with Peter. Tara explained that he was still the person she went to whenever she was hurt and that’s why she fell back into old habits. Then the conversation turned around and Monique asked Peter why he kept up his relationship with Tara. He admitted that if he had known she still cared about him then he would never have married Amina.
Hurt and humiliated, Amina had one more card up her sleeve. She revealed to Peter and the rest of the crowd that she was in fact pregnant. Peter barely acknowledges the news before he quickly left the stage. And he was willing to return to the stage if he could talk to Tara without Amina there. Amina left and then made a small scene backstage. By now she knows that she’s basically going to have to parent her child alone.
Peter wanted to tell Tara he was sorry. He was sorry how he treated her and he quickly went back into hiding backstage. Tara can accept his apology and that’s why she found him during the commercial break. She wanted to see if he was ok and he’s not. He feels like he’s a horrible father when he treats his children’s mother like this.
The next people onstage are Tahiry and Rashida. Their friendship disintegrated this season and Monique doesn’t know why. Looking back though the clips the two women appeared to have fought over some pictures. Rashida felt that Tahiry should stop posting scantily clad pictures of herself on social media. In her mind, she didn’t believe Tahiry was respecting herself enough. While Tahiry said all of the photos were done through her work and her career so to have them belittle is insulting.
Even Joe enters the argument. He doesn’t believe Tahiry’s photos are as bad as Rashida is claiming. And no one likes how Rashida assumes no man would marry Tahiry if she kept acting like that. Tahiry is a grown woman and she didn’t like how her friend kept judging her.
After the two women leave, Saigon and Erica Jean have a chance to air their dirty laundry. The two of them are no longer together and Erica Jean never fully got the chance to say why. The parents are at odds and all they know how to do now is yell. Erica tried to tell Saigon that she doesn’t like the way he talks to her and according to him she doesn’t deserve his respect. He says she has to earn it and in the meantime he’ll keep on cursing her out.
That was one of the things Erica says she hated. She said every time she opened her mouth he would try to out shout her. Saigon doesn’t want to be that type of man and then he refuses to change his behavior.
Rich and Yandy started their recording company and despite the early rough patches the two seem to be alright. They were able to move pass personal issues such as Rich dragging his feet on pulling in more talent. That could be because he got caught up in Erica. Cyn knows that Erica and Rich still love each other. She’s accepted that but she’s not going to accept sharing. Cyn told the audience she was tired of Erica flip flopping on what she wants. It was about time Erica made a choice.
And Erica says her choice is Cyn. She claims she doesn’t love Rich anymore because back when she did love him he didn’t love her. He’s actually only capable of loving her now that she’s in another relationship. Rich denies it though.
At the end of the day none of them will ever take full responsibility for what they did and that’s why their entertaining TV.
THE END!
