Paris Jackson seems to be doing much better after her suicide attempt this past summer, and a lot of that can be attributed to the psychiatric care that she’s getting in an in-patient treatment program at a Utah boarding school.
However, a new report from Radar Online claims that after her first extended vacation away from the school, Paris is refusing to go back. A source for Radar explains, “Paris enjoyed spending time with her brothers (Prince and Blanket and co-guardian, TJ Jackson, in Hawaii for Christmas. The freedom that Paris experienced in Hawaii was intoxicating and she has been fighting with Katherine [Jackson] since returning to the Calabasas mansion a few days ago, because her grandmother is steadfast in her belief that she must go back to Utah.”
The source also adds that despite the improvement that Paris has made since joining the school, there is still plenty that needs to be done. In fact, sources had stated that Paris might be at the school for another couple of years, since her issues run more deeply than anyone initially suspected. Well, of course they did. She tried to commit suicide – it doesn’t take an expert to explain that her issues run deeper than those that can be fixed in a few months.
Anyway, Katherine Jackson is reportedly putting her foot down and sending Paris back to Utah, whether she wants to go or not. I’m sure Paris’ mother, Debbie Rowe, will be in strong agreement with Katherine. No matter how good Paris feels right now, she needs a longer break from Los Angeles and the toxic environment there to get better.
What do you guys think? Should Katherine and Paris’ family force her to go back to Utah, even if she doesn’t want to go? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
