It looks like Justin Bieber’s arrest this morning is going to be a whole lot messier than a clear cut, DUI. We already know that Biebs was pulled over while drag racing with a blood alcohol level of 0.04 (0.02 is the legal maximum for kids his age) and that he had a whole mixture of stuff in his body including weed, alcohol and prescription pills – by his own admission. While he seemed super smiley in his mugshot things at some point turned dead serious for the young star as he volunteered to police that his mother, Pattie Mallette is the one who gave him the RX meds!
When asked what pills he had ingested, Biebs told the police that it is something like Xanax but he wasn’t positive because he just takes whatever his mom hands out! This could turn into yet another problem for both Bieber and his mother. If there is a script in his name then it’ll be absolutely fine, but if not then using the meds would be illegal and they can both be in a world of trouble for it!
Do you think that Bieber has a script for Xanax or something similar or is it Pattie’s pills and she just likes to share them in the hopes that they’ll calm her son down a bit? How many charges do you think will come out of this situation? Also, when police raided his home last week they found Xanax lying around. If that proves to be connected to Bieber then he can also face charges stemming from that raid.
