The latest cover issue of US Weekly goes deep into the details behind Sean Lowe‘s and Catherine Giudici‘s wedding night, and guess what? Sean isn’t a virgin anymore! Well, duh.
I still have a hard time believing that Sean and Catherine waited more than a year to have sex, and I think it’s just cooked up by the Bachelor people to increase publicity. I mean, what screams ideal wedding more than a virgin Bachelor waiting for his wedding night to lose his virginity to the woman he loves? It’s exactly the kind of picture-perfect romantic story that Bachelor audiences eat up, although I’d like to think that the general audience is more savvy than to believe the story.
Anyway, either Catherine or Sean are very good actors [possible] or they genuinely were very moved by the ceremony, as evidenced by their tears. Maybe they were thinking of all the money they were making with that televised ceremony, which might move us to tears as well – although tears of jealousy, not tears of happiness.
So anyway, who wants to take bets on how long this marriage will last? One month? 2 weeks? Or should we be romantics and say one year?
There’s also a Grammy special in this week’s issue of US Weekly, with an added report focusing on Miranda Lambert’s drastic weight loss. Miranda’s managed to lose 35 pounds in six months, which is a great number and actually pretty sustainable. Granted, many other reports claim that she lost most of that weight in one month, and a lot of it had to do with keeping her husband happy.
And then, with the amount of Justin Bieber arrest stories this week, of course we’d be hearing about him come Tabloid Wednesday. According to US’s report, Justin’s mother, Pattie Mallette, is trying desperately to ‘save him‘. But will it work? Sometimes, last minute interventions from family members do help, but honestly, I don’t see anything helping Justin at this point.
And finally, who knew that Robin Thicke hated Miley Cyrus? According to US Weekly, he does, and it probably has something to do with their VMA performance.
