It’s time for #Survivor. Baylor now knows she was almost blindsided and can’t rely on Josh. She says she doesn’t trust anyone. John is concerned that Jeremy will think he didn’t protect Val but he still wonders why she didn’t play her idol. Josh tells John that he was the one that flipped his vote and he thinks John had something to do with the vote flipping as well. Josh says John’s credibility is lower for him but he still wants to work the guy alliance.

At Hunahpu, Drew tells the others that a monsoon is coming and says they need to reinforce the roof. They are weaving palm fronds into more firm roofing. Missy says Drew gave up on it and took a nap. Keith complains that Drew is a big sleeper and says he would whup him if he was his son. Drew lies snoring while the others work. Natalie pokes him with a palm frond and tells him everyone is working. She tells him he has done nothing today and he gets pissy.

Natalie wonders how he can not pull his own weight and says he’s a waste of space. Jeremy tells her that he won’t win. Jeremy says he was planning on taking him along because he’s dumb but says he may not be able to because the guy is falling apart physically. Both tribes file into the arena for today’s Reward/Exile challenge. Jeremy looks for his wife and sees she’s gone.

Jeremy shakes his head in disgust. Jeff asks Jeremy about it. Jeremy says the men are taking over and will take out all the strong women. He tells the Coyopa women they need to change this up. John apologizes to Jeremy and says he tried to look out for his wife and had to vote with his alliance. Josh and the other guys are floored that he admitted to working with Val.

Jeff says you have to walk on a wobbly beam while transferring squares onto a small stack. The reward is a hammock, tarp, mattress and pillows or you can trade it for really nice fishing gear that Hunahpu had to give up. Coyopa wins the advantage and sends up Wes who says his dad won’t be good at this. The father and son face off for the Exile Island challenge.

Wes has his first square and then Keith. They are neck and neck. They each head back for the second. Keith is actually ahead of his kid. Jeff says Wes is going to have to make a move. He picks up the pace but his dad is close behind him. Wes is in the lead and is on the fifth but his dad is close and a wind comes up. Keith drops his and has to start over.

Wes has only one to go. This could be Coyopa’s first victory in a challenge. He sets it down and they have it! Coyopa wins their first #BloodVsWater challenge. Keith says he was close and he’s emotional. He says he’s proud of his son. Jeff asks if they are always this emotional and Wes says he never sees this. He says he’s only seen it when someone dies. Now he’s teary too.

They hug it out and the others all clap. Wes gets to pick someone from his tribe to hang out with his dad. He sends Josh and Jeff asks why. He says he clicked with Josh and thinks his dad will too. Josh and Keith are sent to Exile and are given a map and they head out. Now they get to pick which reward they want and they all call out for fishing gear.

John whispers to Jeremy that he swears he did everything he could. Jeremy rants and says he’s out to get John now because he didn’t keep his word. Too bad John didn’t have time to explain that Val was an idiot who lied and said she had an immunity idol. If she had told John that, he could have tried another approach. She sent herself out if you ask me.

At Hunahpu, Natalie tells Jeremy she’s sorry. Julie walks off crying. Jeremy says John told him he would take care of his wife. He tells the others that he knows who John Rocker is. He says he used to pitch for the Atlanta Braves and got in trouble for saying racist and homosexual stuff (yes he said that, not homophobic, but homosexual). The others take his word as gospel and start calling John a racist and say Julie gets what she deserves.

Julie says if everyone believes Jeremy that John is running the show on the other tribe then he’s a target. She talks to Missy and cries and Missy says she just needs to play her own game. Julie says she never thought it would be this difficult with the situation John has put her in. She cries some more. Josh and Keith head to #ExileIsland and Josh says he thinks he’ll be sleeping on rocks tonight.

Before the pick containers, he asks Josh if he’ll share since Val didn’t share with him. Keith gets the clue and shows it to Josh but they each think Jeremy and John may have the idols since they were both there on Exile. Keith tells him they can go find snails to eat for dinner. They make up some escargot and Josh says they are getting along – the hick and the gay gay.

Josh says time away in great company is fine. Keith says he likes Josh too. They try to figure out how to sleep comfortably and Keith says there will be no spooning tonight. Over at Coyopa, John brings up another fish for them to cook. He’s trying to provide for the tribe so he’ll be in good standing. Wes gives props to John for getting them protein to fuel the next challenge.

Baylor tells Drew that the guys don’t care about him. She’s trying to pull together the younger guys to try and vote John out. Alec knows Baylor is trying to turn them on the guy alliance but he’s not having it – even though he tells her he’s open to it. They agree they really need to win the Immunity Challenge so they don’t need to send anybody out.

The #ImmunityChallenge today looks insane. Then Josh and Keith return to the tribes as well. Jeff takes back the idol and says it’s back up for grabs. They will be tethered in pairs and go through an obstacle course to retrieve a ball to shoot into a basket. First to three wins. Each has to sit one out. They sit out Keith and Dale – the two old guys.

Natalie and Jon are up for Hunahpu and Josh and Baylor for Coyopa. Both teams zip along, Josh grabs the ball first but Jon gets the first shot and misses. Baylor misses too. They have to retrieve their ball and Jon scores for Hunahpu. Next is Wes and Alec versus Missy and Julie. They start and the guys are zipping along super fast. Alec smashes into Julie and she goes down.

Wes has the ball and sinks it to tie it up. Next up is Drew and Reed versus John and Jaclyn. John plows into one of the other guys and the Hunahpu’s complain he’s a bad sport. John gets the ball and puts them in the lead 2-1. Next is Josh and Baylor versus Jeremy and Kelly. Josh drags her through the course. Josh grabs the ball and then Jeremy.

Baylor shoots and misses. Jeremy sinks it and ties it up 2-2. Next up is Wes and Alec versus Jon and Natalie. Natalie knocks into Alec who knocks her back. Both miss their tosses. Natalie snags the missed ball and they are tussling in the course. Jon has it and sinks the ball. Hunahpu wins immunity for the third straight time. Natalie talks smack and John tells her to save it.

She calls him a racist. Coyopa tells her she’s bringing the class. She tells the tribe to vote against John. Natalie says he’s a bad sport. The guys tell John to turn his back. Julie defends John and Jeff asks John. Dale says they back John because he’s their tribe member. Natalie again talks smack and John says if she was a guy he’d knock her teeth out.

Natalie tells him to bring it and his tribe stands behind him. They don’t like Natalie’s mouth either. Josh says John loses his patience too easily and it’s a problem for the tribe. It’s interesting that everyone took at face value what Jeremy accused John of and is ratcheting it up a notch even though none of them know first hand what’s going on.

Baylor is worried she’ll be voted out. Dale says he’ll get water and that the others should relax. Baylor says as a pro-athlete, John should be behaving better. John is very offended that Natalie called him a homophobe and says he regrets making comments back. He thinks the girls are targeting him but he has a strategy. He talks to the others about taking Dale out since he can’t hang in challenges.

The girls say they’re interested. He says he’s still going to vote for Baylor and get the other guys too. After he leaves, the girls talk about still voting for John. He then goes to the guys who all agree to voe for Baylor. John tells Josh if something goes down, he’s got an idol. Josh is surprised that he kept this from him. He also doesn’t like that John was mouthing off at the challenge.

Josh isn’t sure he wants to be an ally with John because he stands for things he’s against. Josh and Wes soak and Josh says John has the idol. They talk about how they could make a big move and get John out. Wes agrees. Baylor comes to the water and they tell her they all need to vote John out tonight but can’t let him suspect since he has an idol.

Baylor is excited. Josh tells Wes to go to talk to Alec. She still wonders if she’s being played. Wes talks to Alec and says they’re going to go after John while they can. Alec thinks it’s not so smart since John is such a physical asset. He tells Wes that getting rid of their biggest athlete won’t help. John decides to bring his idol along just in case.

Josh says it’s a huge decision tonight because it would cost them a big guy and the guy alliance. He says Baylor was his first ally and he can trust her while John may not be trustworthy. Josh says he has no idea if he’s making the right decision tonight. They head to #TribalCouncil and take their seats. Jeff asks John what the fall out has been between him and Jeremy.

He says he did tribe to keep Val but she was bluffing and that’s why she’s gone. He asks Wes what he thinks and he says it doesn’t make him feel good but since it wasn’t him, that’s fine. Jeff asks Alec about Hunahpu’s animosity toward John. Alec says Natalie was trash talking and can throw it in their face since they haven’t won.

John says he’s not the leader of the tribe but is getting all the blame. Jaclyn says she thinks if she makes it to the merge, she has a target on her back. She says Natalie was yelling directly at them and telling them what to do. She says she sees shifting on their tribe and the guys may have figured out that they can’t just get all the girls out.

John gets a look and Jeff asks Wes about it. Wes says he’s sticking with his alliance. Josh also plays dumb. He says some people are being told one thing and other people another. John takes this all in. Baylor says the most important thing is to get the dark cloud off their tribe – meaning John. Jeff asks if she’ll get votes or the dark cloud.

She says she thinks she’ll get some tonight. Jaclyn says she thinks it will be a guy tonight but maybe they flipped. She says they need to stick to the plan, grow some balls and vote out a guy. It’s time for the vote. We see John vote for Baylor and she votes for John. We don’t see any other votes. Jeff goes to count the votes.

He comes back and calls for any immunity idols. John shifts around but decides not to play it. The votes are: Baylor, John, Baylor, John, John and that’s it. John Rocker has been voted off in a #Blindside. Dale looks completely shocked. Baylor seems smug. He curses at himself for walking out with an idol in his pocket.

Jeff says maybe this will turn the tribe around. John says the best laid plans don’t work out. He thought his alliance was solid and he’s in the position he didn’t want to be in – leaving with an idol in his pocket. He says he enjoyed it and the idol will be a souvenir for his mantle. John Rocker Eliminated!

THE END!
