Teresa Guidice and Juicy Joe Giudice are running out of options for their upcoming fraud trial. The stars of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey had their motion for separate trials denied. Nancy Grace and Wendy Williams have both said Tre and Juicy are delusional if they think their trial will go in their favor. Earlier this month, the Giudices made a list of items they wanted to happen as they move forward.
On the top of their wish list the Giudices asked for separate trials. They don’t want to testify against each other. Documents obtained by Radar Online say, “Teresa and [Joe] appear to share the hope that each may have a better chance of acquittal in a separate trial. This, however, is not sufficient basis to sever two defendants charged as participants in the same conspiracy and fraudulent scheme.”
Per Reality Tea, prosecutors feel Tre and Juicy are liars and this is well documented. Some of their actions on camera also don’t make them look good. In season 5, Teresa admitted to shady behavior involving her sister in law, Melissa Gorga. Last year, Joe was photographed in public with two different women, neither of whom were his wife.
Teresa and Joe said they pled innocent for a reason. However, asking for separate trials so they won’t have to testify against each other implies they’re hiding something. What do you make of Tre and Juicy’s ongoing legal struggles, which are (more than likely) going to result in tragedy?
