Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, might be going to a place called “Prison” (dum-de-duuum!). The two bumfaces pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud and tax evasion. Why? Because they’re greedy reality television fakers. Teresa is slated to earn $700,000 for the new season 6 of Real Housewives of New Jersey – it is a considerable amount of money for an obtuse and salmon-lipped pre-inmate with a fake tan.
Teresa’s $700,000 salary will also be her last.
Bravo’s Real Housewives series is an extremely popular example of quasi-cinema verite. The series documents the lives of a bunch of self-pitying, sick-wealthy housewives who fight and backstab their way to the top. Teresa used to dominate ROHNJ. She was Bravo’s pride and glory; a blind-bright star with the world at her manicured feet. But then she went and spoiled it all by saying something stupid like “I’m guilty”.
Executive producers don’t like the word “guilty” because it sends shivers down their unpaid insurance spines. Innocent until proven- You’re fired (Teresa)! Oh Grubbypaws… Don’t let it get to you.
According to CDL’s exclusive industry source, “Bravo’s execs held an emergency meeting last week regarding Teresa’s future on the show. Everyone is talking about it. She will probably be fired at the end of this season. It’s only a matter of time.”
No money, no job and no Achilles heel (Bob The Female Builder is the REAL housewife of New Jersey). Teresa will have more than enough time – and money – to plan her post-prison future.
The source concludes, “Bravo might give Teresa her own show. Maybe they want to get her off RHONJ her for a reason? We’ll have to wait and see.”
