Tonight on NBC The Biggest Loser which features over weight contestants competing to lose weight to win money returns with an all new Thursday November 20, season 16 episode 11 called “No ‘I’ in Team” and we have your weekly recap below for you. On tonight’s episode, a sandpile challenge is attempted as the players try to lose 50 pound collectively. On the last episode, Week 10 on the ranch came with a big surprise, when the original red, white and blue teams are disbanded, and contestants had to form all new teams decided by chance. Moving on to another trainer proved to be a difficult adjustment, especially for one player who struggled to accept the change. Then it was time for a cooking challenge with celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito, who judged which team made the healthiest and tastiest dish and awarded the winning team a valuable one pound advantage on the scale. Later, one trainer bid a tearful goodbye to their player who fell below the red line, while the eliminated contestants at Comeback Canyon faced off on the scale to see who will spent another week with trainer Bob Harper. On tonight’s episode as per the NBC synopsis, “this week is all about teamwork as the eight remaining contestants must work together to lose at least 50 pounds collectively so everyone can remain at the ranch for another week. If they don’t reach that goal, someone will be going home. A sand pile challenge that requires a big team effort gives the players the opportunity to win a substantial weigh-in advantage. Later, while hiking with their trainers, the contestants take time to celebrate their accomplishments and vocalize their intentions as they move forward on their weight loss journeys. Meanwhile, at Comeback Canyon, two fierce competitors vie for the chance to stay one more week with trainer Bob Harper. One competitor from Comeback Canyon is ultimately sent home, while the ranch scale reveals whether the eight contestants there are safe for another week.”

Part of Tonight’s episode was preempted by President Obama’s speech on Immigration.
The show picks up where we see Damien and Rondalee together with Bob, he’s going to push them beyond belief and make sure they earn staying in the competition; he knows they are fierce and knows they won’t give up whatsoever. Damien won’t hold back at all, he wants to defeat Ronadlee more than anything.
The trainers decide to take everyone on something special to help them feel a bit better right now, they say they have made some amazing transformations. Scott says being here saved his life, he is so grateful to them all; he’s so happy he can now live a great live with his family. Jordan says he didn’t know how much he needed this till he got here. Toma says that this helps him push forwards in life. Sonya says it helps her love herself and gain confidence she has needed for a long time. Rob says he hopes to stay here till the end and be the guy he has always wnated to be. Woody says he wants celebrate life and the memory of his wife who has passed.
We are now at the weigh in for comeback canyon to decide who goes home for good, Rondalee goes up first and she lost only 4 pounds. Damien is up next and he has lost 11 pounds. Rondalee is sadly going home tonight, she says she is excited to keep moving forward and working harder for herself at home.
Now at the actual weigh in we have Sonya who only lost 4 pounds. next is Jordan who lost 4 as well. JJ goes up next and has only lost 3 pounds. Next up is Woody and he has lost only 2 pounds. Next up is Lori and she has lost only two pounds as well. Next up is Rob and he only lost 1 pound sadly. Toma is up next and he gained one pound, he is very upset over the whole thing; though Dolvette wants to know what is bothering him. Scott is last up now tonight, he lost 0 pounds. Scott says he wants to stay till the end, but if he has to go than he understands and won’t give up ever. Leavig the ranch tonight is Scott.
