The Vampire Diaries spoilers for Season 6 episode 9 promises some great action and intrigue on the next episode. Sadly we’re going to have to wait 2 weeks until the next episode, the show is preempted next week for Thanksgiving, but returns again December 4th. Tonight’s on the CW our favorite series, The Vampire Diaries aired season 6 episode 8 and it was all sorts of intense, Liv and Luke reveal they are Gemini Coven and they found out Jo is their big sister. Damon takes on Jo’s dad to try and get the ascendant to save Bonnie and Elena dumps Liam because she can’t shake Damon.

On tonight’s episode as Caroline (Candice Accola) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) prepared to host Friendsgiving at the dorm, they received some hopeful news from Alaric (Matt Davis) and Stefan (Paul Wesley), who had traveled to Portland to gather some information regarding the Gemini Coven. Tyler (Michael Trevino) was determined to help Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell) after she and Luke (guest star Chris Brochu) revealed some disturbing information about their witch lineage and the impending plans their coven had for them. Meanwhile, dinner took a drastic turn when Jo (guest star Jodi Lyn O’Keefe), who had revealed some painful details about her past, found herself fighting for her life, leaving Alaric scrambling to help from a distance. Finally, Kai (guest star Chris Wood) made a dangerous discovery that brought him one step closer to his release. More happened! Did you watch tonight’s episode?
