Tonight on E! TOTAL DIVAS continues with a whole new episode called, “Inhale, Exhale.” On it, Nattie requires surgery for a nasal injury; Nikki questions whether John Cena is being completely honest with her; and Trinity makes a music video.
On last episode when Summer Rae flirted with Daniel Bryan, she made an instant enemy of Brie; Nattie’s feud with Summer Rae escalated. On tonight’s episode Nattie faces surgery after a nasal injury, Nikki suspects John Cena of lying, and Trinity makes a music video. Video vixen Trinity drops it like it’s hot for her music video on “Total Divas”–and ends up ripping her skin-tight jumpsuit.

Tonight’s episode begins with Nattie, Cameron, Brie, and Nikki having lunch together. Nikki shares that she’s been “really good” and as a treat, John bought her three pairs of Louboutins. As the girls get to talking, Brie notices that Nattie’s nose is bleeding. Nattie is surprised but then mentions how her nose has been off since Summer Rae hit her. She tells the girls what happened.
Nikki shares that she has been studying for the real estate exam for the past year and has just passed her test and has earned her license. Meanwhile, Senior Director of Talent Mark Carrano invites Nattie to represent the Divas at the Divas Championship at TLC against AJ. She is super excited!
Later, Nikki shows her first house. It is her favorite house and she is working with another agent to sell it. She’d actually like to buy it rather than sell it! She calls John for some moral support as she is nervous about her first showing. He gives her a dose of confidence and she feels that she did a good job when it is over. They meet up later and are enjoying her family’s San Diego condo and having some wine when John’s phone rings and he jumps up to take the call, being a little secretive and Nikki is not too happy about it. Later Nikki shares some of her new business wardrobe with John but he is so preoccupied on the computer to really notice. He is careful not to let Nikki see what he’s looking at.
Naomi is working on her first music video. She has been dancing all day and comes to check on Sandra, the seamstress, to see if her costume is done. She is only about half way done and Naomi is not happy. She leaves in a huff vowing to sew the rest herself. Once home, she is really struggling trying to get the costume finished, not having realized how hard it would be. She ends up pulling it off and the next morning comes out in her finished costume. She and Jon head out to her video shoot and although she is tired, she is pretty excited. Naomi hits another wall shortly after she starts filming. Her costume rips mid-dance. They get it fixed but then shortly after she loses some of her extensions during filming. If that wasn’t enough the police come and question the permit for the shoot. All is well and they leave and Naomi finishes her video.
Nattie finds out that she is going to need surgery for her nose, and with this terrible news, she realizes that it can hinder her chance to participate in the Divas Championship. Later, before heading in the ring, Nattie warns Summer Rae to stay away from her face. Nattie is really upset when Summer Rae was not so careful and went in for her face. She comes out after the match and cries to Nikki and Cameron about her nose and tells them what is going on.
Eva Marie fuels Nikki’s suspicions when she shares stories of being cheated on herself. The stories seem pretty similar and Nikki is really worried John may have someone else.
Later, Nikki gets even more suspicious when John is just not acting himself. He says he is heading out to the gym, but when Nikki asks if she can come, he tells her no. She talks Brie into stalking him with her and they head out to the gym. They don’t see his car and she calls him and asks where he is at. When he responds that he is at the gym, she knows she’s caught him lying. Later when he is back home, she confronts him about it and tells him how she knows he’s lied and that he must be cheating on her. She walks out on him to go get ready for work. He tells her she is being ridiculous and that she needs to trust him. Later, while showing the house she loves, John shows up and tells her that she is right…he has been seeing another woman. The good news? The woman he’s been seeing is a broker who is selling him the house that Nikki’s been drooling over for the two of them.
Nattie continues to debate about whether or not she should do the Divas Championship when she should really have the surgery as her first priority. She decides to go through with the championship. She doesn’t win, but feels good about the decision she made to go through with it. Meanwhile, Jon’s friend offers to help Naomi by sharing her song and getting it into the right hands in the music industry since he has connections and really likes the song a lot. She promises to send it to him. This could be the start of something big!
