Teresa Giudice is still fired from RHONJ even though she and Joe Giudice have had their sentencing postponed – again! Although Teresa and Joe have plead guilty to the fraud charges, lawyers for the couple have somehow managed to get the sentencing date postponed. Teresa and Joe face divorce as soon as Joe goes to prison which he most certainly will.
Teresa Giudice is getting fired from Real Housewives of New Jersey because of the crimes she committed with Juicy Joe and the sooner she gets her divorce from the low-life is the sooner she can move on and get her life going again. Whatever Teresa’s flaws may be I don’t think that on her own she would have ever committed the serious felonies of which she has been found guilty with her charming husband. Just because it appears that Joe was the instigator doesn’t exonerate Teresa by any means but it should tell her that divorce is the right option.
The criminal couple were supposed to get sentenced on September 23rd, but apparently, the lawyers needed more time to ‘gather’ important information related to the hearing. It will now take place on October 2nd, but don’t be surprised if that gets postponed either. I’m sure Teresa, Joe, and their lawyers are hoping that if they postpone this enough, people will just forget about it. Unfortunately for Teresa, Bravo’s already made up their mind to fire her, and no amount of sentencing postponement is going to change that fact.
For one thing, the network just doesn’t want to have a criminal as a lead on one of their shows, especially one of their highest rated and most publicized shows. There are other housewives on Real Housewives of New Jersey who manage to bring the drama without dipping into anything illegal, and Teresa doesn’t fall into that category anymore.
Now, sources close to the couple think that the lawyers will manage to get Teresa and Joe off with just probation, and no jail time. Whether that happens or not, Bravo’s set on firing Teresa, and she knows it. Teresa and Joe are selling their house [according to TMZ], knowing that they’ll need the money. They’ve listed the house for $3.99 million, and they wouldn’t have had to do that if Teresa knew that she would have job security. However, she knows that she’s fired from RHONJ and she knows there’s a very real chance she’ll end up in jail. She needs that money to pay all the fines, the probation fees, the appeals, and their lawyers.
