Tonight on ABC it’s the Dancing With The Stars first elimination of Season 18 and we will say goodbye to one contestant tonight. On tonight’s show the 12 contestants performed a dance style of the celebrities choosing including Swing, Tango, Jive, Salsa, Samba, Rumba and the Cha Cha. Did you watch the show? After last week’s performance at the top of the leaderboard is Charlie White & professional dancer Sharna Burgess who danced a Contemporary routine and were scored a 27/30. Bruno gushed about his performance saying, ““You’re an artist, the attention to detail was incredible. it had a dramatic story arc. When you start at this level it is a high standard to maintain. That was astonishing.” At the bottom of the leaderboard is Billy Dee Williams & his professional dancer Emma Slater who danced a Cha Cha Cha and was scored 15/20.
On tonight’s show one couple will be eliminated. We performed a poll asking our readers who they thought was going home. Billy and Emma are leading the poll with 67.5% of votes followed a far second by NeNe and Tony with 13.5% of the votes. If you have not voted in our poll there is still time, go here.
How voting works this season is your votes after Week 1 will be combined with the judges’ scores from Week 2 to determine who goes home at the end of Week 2. That means these dancers will have to bring it every week. If they had a bad week followed by a good week, the judges might be their saving grace. But a terrible performance might be enough to cancel out a solid performance the week prior.
