Tonight on ABC Dancing With The Stars returns for a third week and Alek Skarlatos and his professional dancing partner Lindsay Arnold danced Tango routine to the theme from “True Blood.” On tonight’s episode the 11 couples dance an all-new routine to a theme song that commemorates iconic television throughout history, from “Breaking Bad” to “I Dream of Jeanie” and beyond. Taking part in the celebration, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, The Great Gonzo, Pepé the King Prawn, and other Muppets will kick off the evening followed by a huge opening number featuring the cast of “Dancing with the Stars.”
On last week’s premiere episode of DWTS Alek performed a Jazz (VIDEO HERE) and the judges scored Alek a 23/30 for his performance. Bruno loved his performance and had this to say, “I definitely believe in you. Not a fluke! You have range you know, you can do so many different things. You combine power with grace. Those lifts, where do they come from? Practice serves you well.”
Judges’ comments on Alek’s Week 3 Tango: Bruno: “True talent runs in your blood, it was entertaining to the last bite. There was only a slight misplacement, well done.” Carrie Ann:“There was only a slight boo boo in the middle, but you got game, you are a powerful partner.” Alfonso: “You are a hero and you danced like a hero tonight.” Julianne: “I lost my train of thought, I didn’t see any problems, it was perfection.”
