The Bill Cosby rape accusations and sex scandal seems to be dying down and losing some of its traction in the media – but the 77 year old comedian and “family man” will not be able to shake the damage done to his reputation anytime soon. Especially if people like Richard Pryor’s wife Jennifer Lee keep publicly addressing the rumors and offering their two cents on the allegations and saying there isn’t a doubt in their mind that the two dozen women that accused Cosby of drugging and raping them are telling the truth.
Bill Cosby and Richard Pryor were pioneers in Black comedy – but the two men appeared to be cut from two completely different cloths. While Bill Cosby went the family-friendly route, funny man Richard Pryor had no reservations about crossing lines to make his audience laugh, and there was no topic he wouldn’t touch to do so. Sadly, Richard Pryor passed away in 2005 when he was 65 years old, but his on-again off-again wife Jennifer Lee was by the comedian’s side throughout his career and claims that she knows Bill Cosby all too well – and she full-heartedly believes that the rape allegations were true.
In the March 16th edition of GLOBE Magazine, Pryor’s wife Jennifer Lee dished on her thoughts regarding the Bill Cosby rape scandal. Jennifer revealed, “It was a well-kept secret that Bill f—-d everything that moved. Bill hated Richard because he ‘worked dirty.’ Bill ‘worked clean.’ You know Bill is just a f——g hypocrite, and dirty on the inside.” Jennifer Lee went on to explain to GLOBE that her late husband Richard Pryor “detested” Bill Cosby for hiding behind his goody two shoes image while in reality he was out cheating on his wife Camille.
