The feud between rapper Tyga and his baby mama Blac Chyna seems to be growing, and now their son is involved and so is Kylie Jenner. According to TMZ, sources close to Blac Chyna have revealed that she has hired one of the top divorce lawyers in the area last week, and is planning on filing legal documents, asking the court to grant her primary custody of her son.
The sources say that Blac Chyna does not want her 2-year-old song with Tyga, King Cairo, to be jumping back and forth from home to home during the week, especially since he is going to be starting preschool in the near future.
We all know that Blac Chyna has been having issues with her ex lover, Tyga, because she does not approve of him dating a minor. Tyga has been seen on multiple occasions getting cozy with reality star, Kylie Jenner, who is only 17-years old.
According to the sources, Blac Chyna feels that Kylie Jenner lacks maturity, and she does not want their son to spend a lot of time around a young female. She also believes that the fact that Tyga is romancing with a minor will show that he has bad judgement as a parent, and she truly feels that she will receive full custody of their son.
If Blac Chyna gets what she wants, Tyga will still have weekend visitation, but nothing more. TMZ reports that when Tyga and Blac Chyna originally separated, Tyga was seeking full custody, but when things started to get heated, he agreed to joint custody. Now these two will have to fight this battle once again.
In addition, Blac Chyna wants full child support to cover housing expenses, food, clothing, nannies, school, and whatever else she feels is necessary to raise their child in a nurturing environment.
While Blac Chyna has been very vocal about her feud with Kylie Jenner, she has not spoken out much on fighting with Tyga. When TMZ caught her out Monday, May 11, she acted as if there was nothing going on between Tyga and herself. Of course, these documents say otherwise.
