Bobbi Kristina Brown’s official cause of death is still being guarded as murder charges are prepared against Nick Gordon, but Bobbi’s former roommate, Danyela Bradley, claims Whitney Houston’s daughter smoked crack and did heroin “often.” The allegations, sadly, are not surprising, but the admission could play a role in the case of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death.
Danyela Bradley has been a key player in Bobbi Kristina’s drowning incident since she was found face down in a bathtub, just like her mother, Whitney Houston. On January 31, Bobbi discovered unresponsive and her friend and alleged drug dealer, Max Lomas, reportedly found her body after letting a service technician into the Bobbi’s bedroom.
Danyela appears to have been at the scene according to the Brown’s estate’s civil suit. In fact, Bradley was rumored to be with Nick the night of Bobbi’s drowning and was photographed being wheeled out of the exact same hospital Bobbi was being treated at the day after her lifeless body was discovered.
In a separate car crash lawsuit filed by Russell J. Echerman, Danyela Bradley was taped for her deposition. During the questioning, Russell’s attorney asked several questions pertaining to Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Danyela revealed she and Lomas were living in Bobbi’s townhome for several weeks and reported that Bobbi “smoked crack often, and also did heroin.” Bradley continued, describing Bobbi’s behavior after getting high. “When she would do the heroin she’d just be very sleepy, nod off, and very less talkative, kind of keep to herself. When she would smoke crack, she would just be not even talkative. She’d just be keeping to herself as well.”
It’s no secret Bobbi’s life was full of rehab and addiction battles. Danyela Bradley added Nick Gordon to the story noting, “Bobbi would do [crack] like once or twice every two weeks. Nick smoked it more than her.”
Danyela also claimed that Bobbi Kristina did little to hide her addiction and only attempted to hide her crack habits for a short period of time declaring, “When I had first lived with her, I didn’t know that she actually had a problem with it until I had lived with her afterwards for a couple of weeks … and after a few weeks she just didn’t really hide it.”
How this will play out for Nick Gordon is unclear, but it could help his case. Bobbi’s toxicology report had a mixture of 15 substances, which Bobbi’s estate claims is part of the toxic cocktail Nick gave Bobbi Kristina before leaving her face down in the bath tub to drown. Proving Bobbi Kristina dabbled in various drugs could be beneficial for Gordon.
