Bobbi Kristina Brown is dead after spending months in a coma after being found unresponsive in her Atlanta home. Whitney Houston’s daughter died in hospice on July 26, 2015. While the heartbroken Houston and Brown families grieve, the grisly details of Nick Gordon’s lawsuit suggest Bobbi’s drowning wasn’t an accident and it’s safe to bet Nick Gordon is anticipating murder charges.
The daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was found, face down in a bath tub on January 31 with concerning “marks” around her mouth that doctors noted were NOT consistent with CPR according to an early TMZ report. A lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, claim that those “marks” were swollen lips and a missing tooth according to TMZ. The $10 million lawsuit hints Nick Gordon is to blame for Bobbi Kristina’s condition, but doesn’t outright accuse Bobbi’s boyfriend of foul play. The suit does accuse Nick of stealing money from Bobbi’s $20 million inheritance Whitney Houston left her only daughter. One of the withdrawals happened AFTER Bobbi fell into a coma.
Nick Gordon has looked extremely guilty of foul play since the moment Max Lomas arrived at the troubled couple’s home on January 31, just before Bobbi Kristina’s lifeless body was discovered. Max told police he arrived at Bobbi’s home, and Bobbi Kristina was nowhere to be seen, TMZ stated. Lomas also noted that Nick was cleaning up bloodstains and disappeared, leaving him to let the cable repair worker into the house. A friend and neighbor of Bobbi revealed that once emergency personnel arrived, Nick and Max were both panicking and Gordon “reeked” of alcohol Radar reported.
Over the course of the following months, Bobbi Kristina Brown was said to be making improvements. At one point Bobby Brown claimed Bobbi Kristina “was awake” during a concert according to video shown on People. However, Pat and Cissy Houston countered every claim of Bobbi’s progress with statements to various media outlets, including ET, explaining that Bobbi Kristina had “irreversible and global brain damage.”
Rumors of the Brown family and Houston family feuds constantly made headlines, as it appeared Pat and Cissy Houston were out to cash in on the $20 million estate they would inherit upon the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. At one point, Leolah Brown flat out accused Pat Houston, via a Facebook rant exposed by Us, of telling Bobby Brown his daughter needed to be pulled off life support because her medical bills were costing too much. An insider followed Leolah’s rant with a claim Bobby Brown was furious with his sister’s claims, according to TMZ.
Shortly after the rant, Bobbi Kristina Brown was moved to Peachtree Christian Hospice on June 24. The next day, June 25, Bobby rushed to Bobbi Kristina’s side according to Us’ follow up report. There, in hospice, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, passed away peacefully.
The families can finally begin the grieving process, but Nick Gordon will possibly face murder charges after the autopsy. Despite Gordon’s legal team portraying him as a heartbroken and reformed drug addict, the details of Bobbi’s drowning case and mounting evidence of Bobbi Kristina’s evident murder certainly make Nick Gordon appear guilty. What do you think? Will Nick Gordon be charged with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s murder?
