Bobbi Kristina Brown Death and $20 Million Inheritance Struggle – Nick Gordon Claims Portion of Whitney Houston’s Money?

Bobbi Kristna Brown’s death has ignited the fuel in the $20 million inheritance battle. As Pat and Cissy Houston prepare for a legal war, Nick Gordon aims to claim a portion of Whitney Houston’s money. The Brown family may also be quietly making plans to cash in on the inheritance that is currently being handled by a court-appointed attorney.

The inheritance is not just about a lump sum of cash. Thanks to royalties from Whitney Houston’s career, Bobbi Kristina’s inheritance will actually be an unending source of money… and everyone wants the non-stop cash flow. Pat Houston and Cissy Houston have obviously been after inheritance since Bobbi was found unconscious in her bathtub, urging Bobby Brown to “let Bobbi go” after the drowning incident. Neither Cissy nor Pat Houston has been shy in publicly stating they were ready for Bobbi Kristina to die, as CDL covered extensively.

Bobby Brown and the Brown family held onto hope for Bobbi Kristina Brown for months following reports Bobbi Kristina suffered from irreversible global brain damage. At one point, Bobby told a cheering crowd at one of his concerts, “Bobbi is awake. She’s watching me.” The video posted by TMZ showed the divide between the Brown family and the Houston family. Shortly after Bobby claimed his daughter was “awake,” the Houstons fired back with reports to People that Bobbi’s status had not changed.

Nick Gordon has also been building a campaign and defense despite evidence of his involvement in Bobbi Kristina’s drowning incident. Gordon began his stunts and even staged a trip to rehab courtesy of Dr. Phil. After his rehab stint, Nick and his legal team have made sure to share their attempts at visitation with press. Most recently, Nick Gordon tipped paparazzi off for his visit to Bobbi Kristina Brown’s grave. The National Enquirer ran photos of Nick weeping and throwing himself onto Bobbi’s grave. Page Six revealed Gordon was paid $40,000 for the stunt and he is reportedly using the money to pay legal bills.

Gordon has assembled a solid legal team and, not only is he planning to “prove” his innocence, Nick Gordon hopes to claim a portion of Whitney Houston’s money. Thanks to the fact Bobbi Kristina had no will, the courts will be left to decide who gets Bobbi Kristina Brown’s inheritance. Nick and Bobbi were never legally married, but any sort of handwritten documentation or other evidence Bobbi Kristina wanted to Nick to have the money Whitney Houston left her only daughter could come into play.

Nick’s battle for an innocent verdict and claim to the $20 million inheritance is increasing by the day. The paid graveside visit was just one of the many stunts Nick likely has up his sleeve. The man who allegedly knocked out 2 of Bobbi’s teeth, stole $11,000 from her bank account after she fell into a coma, and took her best friend to the exact same hospital Bobbi was recovering the day after her drowning incident, has returned to Twitter. Gordon tweeted, “I miss bobbi Kristina so much it hurts she was my everything in life and my best friend I love her so much and I’m lost without her”, and “I want her back and [whitney] too I love u both so much r.i.p”.

What do you think? Is Nick Gordon going to get a piece of Bobbi Kristina’s inheritance from Whitney Houston? Is Nick as innocent as he claims to be? Let us know in the comment section below.
