Is Bobby Brown is about to make the decision to take his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, off life support? After being found in circumstances eerily similar to her mother’s death, Whitney Houston’s only biological child has spent seven weeks in a medically-induced coma. Chances of her survival and recovery are minimal and Bobby has been unable to face the decision of letting his “baby girl” go.
Radar is reporting that Bobby Brown is “praying that God will make the decision for him,” and can’t bring himself to be the one to let Bobbi Kristina die. Sources told the media outlet, that Brown’s “heavy heart” just can’t let go of Bobbi Kristina, and he has barely left her side at Emory University Hospital.
ET Online has a slightly different story. Their sources say Bobbi Kristina Brown is being moved from the hospital to a rehabilitation facility in Atlanta. Bobby is holding onto hope and has been discussing the decision with the entire family.
As CDL already reported, rumor has it that Bobbi Kristina’s organs are beginning to shut down and she hasn’t shown any sign of improvements in the past six weeks. The family has had several discussions and meetings to decide whether or not Bobbi will remain on life support, but it appears Bobby Brown is just one of the few who want to hold on.
Cissy and Pat Houston are said to be pushing to let the 22-year-old pass away. According to sources close to the family, Cissy has been pushing Bobby Brown to remove Bobbi Kristina Brown from life support to end the stressful nightmare and begin grieving, but could Cissy Houston have ulterior motives.
Pat Houston’s involvement is also questionable. Leolah Brown, Bobby Brown’s sister, has been open with her knowledge of the family and their decisions. She confirmed that Nick Gordon is under investigation for the attempted murder of Bobby Kristina Brown, in an open letter to Dr. Phil. Leolah then told TMZ that she believes Pat Houston “has a lot to do with it” and added, “I hold her accountable for what happened to my niece.”
Coincidently, Bobbi Kristina Brown was the sole heir to Whitney Houston’ entire estate. In the event Bobbi Kristina died, the money would then be passed to Cissy Houston, and Whitney’s two brothers (one of whom is married to Pat Houston). Speculation estimates that Bobbi Kristina inherited $20 million after Whitney Houston was also found unconscious in her bathtub. Web Pro News explains the estate payout – When Bobi turned 21, she received $1 million. On her 25th birthday, Bobbi Kristina would get $3 million. Upon turning 30, the rest of the inheritance would be paid out.
Bobbi Kristina is only 22, so she still has a multimillion dollar inheritance that will be due to Cissy Houston if and when Bobbi passes away. Pat Houston, wife of Whitney Houston’s brother, would also be entitled to millions upon the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. In order for Nick Gordon to see any of the inheritance, in the absence of a valid will, he would have to prove he is legally married to Bobbi Kristina Brown.
