Bobbi Kristina Brown: Pat and Cissy Houston Cashing In With Biopic – Bobby Brown Already Celebrating

Now that Bobbi Kristina Brown is dead we see her family behaving in an appalling manner – Pat Houston trying to cash in and Bobby Brown back to partying. Bobbi Kristina Brown spent nearly 6 months in a coma after being found, eerily, under the same circumstances as her late mother, Whitney Houston. The daughter of Whitney and Bobby Brown led a troubled and traumatic life, finally dying on July 26. However, the family drama is not over as Pat Houston is cashing in with a biopic and Bobby Brown is already celebrating.

Bobbi Kristina Brown had final say in the authorized biopic Hollywood has been clamoring to make detailing Whitney Houston’s life. As Radar reported, Bobbi had final say and kept rejecting scripts telling producers, “This story’s not over, yet.” Now that Bobbi has passed away, the fire to make the movie has been stoked. Producers are desperate to for the rights to a Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown biopic. The demand for the story has even taken a troubling turn, as scripts are reportedly being sent to Nick Gordon with the hopes he will approve one.

Of course, the Houston family will dominate this opportunity. Pat Houston and Cissy Houston oversaw Bobbi’s funeral, fighting the Brown family the entire time. In fact, the Browns had to wait in their car while the Houstons said their private final goodbyes to Bobbi Kristina. Once the Houston family left, the Brown family was then allowed to have their private viewing of Bobbi.

Naturally, a source told Radar, “The family sickened by this and just want to be left alone to deal with the loss of a very young and valuable member of the family,” in an attempt to appear like a grieving family instead of money-hungry monsters. The insider continued with the family’s truer intentions adding, “But at the same time they understand the demand from fans to have their story told from an accurate standpoint.”

Of course, the movie will be made under Pat Houston’s control and for her benefit. The Browns will likely try and fight it, but in the end, the Houstons will likely be the ones to cash in. Regardless, the movie will happen even the two warring families have to split the payday. “The problem is that the family can barely agree on funeral flowers, but there’s no doubt this will happen someday since everyone in the families agree the two should be honored and remembered in a special way,” the source concluded.

Pat Houston also had any donations made “in lieu of flowers” for Bobbi’s funeral directed to her foundation, The Marion P Foundation. Pat’s “charity” supposedly runs a consignment boutique which claims to donate 50% of profits to Teen Summit – another non-profit organization started and run by Pat. Why not donate directly to the non-profit organization? Or, better yet, why not have donations be made to reputable charities for drug abuse or domestic violence?

As for Bobby Brown, he is partying like a man freed from burden. After Bobbi Kristina’s death, several media outlets reported that Bobby was “inconsolable” after his daughter died. Their sources detailed how distraught Brown was and the overwhelming grief was worse than his anguish after Whitney Houston’s death. Hollwood Life noted a source claiming, “[Bobby] is not going to get better for a very long time.”

Apparently that “long time” is about two weeks. As CDL detailed, Bobby Brown was spotted laughing and partying at the Ha Ha Cafe comedy club in North Hollywood, California. Brown even posed for pictures, smiling and schmoozing with fans outside the club. Everyone grieves in their own way, but this seems too soon, especially under the circumstances. Bobbi Kristina’s death could have been prevented, but the families were too invested in themselves to bother with Bobbi’s desperate need for rehab, intervention, or at least help dealing with an abusive drug addict stealing her money and knocking her teeth out.

What do you think of a Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown biopic? Should the families just let both women rest in peace, or does their story need to be told?
