Unfortunately, we knew it was only a matter of time before things started heating up in the Kardashian/Jenner household. Of course, when Caitlyn Jenner first stepped into the public eye, her entire family was extremely supportive, but what did you expect? With all of that attention on them, they had to look like the perfect family. Now, as Caitlyn Jenner becomes more and more public, it seems that the first in the family to crack is stepping forward.
According to Radar Online, and various sources, Brody Jenner is becoming more and more uncomfortable with discussing Caitlyn Jenner, and even refused to discuss the topic at a recent event.
On Tuesday, June 30, Brody Jenner was hosting a part in Hollywood and Highland to promote his upcoming appearance in Las Vegas, and sources have revealed to Radar that Brody was not in the mood to talk to press about Caitlyn Jenner whatsoever.
Despite a ton of media outlets being present, the inside sources says, “Brody just wasn’t in the mood to do any press because he knew everyone would only ask about Caitlyn. He felt that talking about Caitlyn would be a distraction to the event he was hosting, so Brody decided not to do any press. He did meet with fans, and posed for pictures. There comes a point when Brody hopes that the media will move on from his dad becoming a woman as there is only so much he can say about it.”
Honestly, you have to understand where Brody is coming from. The fact that his father recently became a woman must have been a very big change for Brody, but to have to deal with the press constantly can become extremely tiring, especially when it is not about something that directly involves you.
Brody Jenner did speak with a few outlets and was forced to answer some questions about Caitlyn. Brody Jenner, who wanted to promote his new show on E!, Sex With Brody, spoke with a media outlet and said, I’ve known Bruce for a long time and I didn’t really get along with Bruce. Caitlyn and I get along with little more, because Caitlyn is actually who she really is and she’s living her life finally now as the person that she always was.” Of course, this is Brody’s answer to the press.
An inside source revealed to Radar that Brody Jenner is having a difficult time coping with his father’s decision to become a woman. Brody is doing everything in his power to stay away from the family and focusing on himself. The source says, “Brody is doing his own thing, and would like to separate himself from the whole Kardashian/Jenner reality show empire. Brody hasn’t been spending a lot of time with Caitlyn because he has been busy with his own work which includes being a DJ, and a new show on E!.”
