Caitlyn Jenner's Name Added To Car Crash Lawsuit Filed By Jessica Steindorff - Suing For Physical Injuries Suffered!

Caitlyn Jenner’s name has been added to the car crash lawsuit she was involved in when she went by the name Bruce Jenner. Recently, the Caitlyn Jenner Vanity Fair cover took the world by storm, and she even opened up her first Twitter account, which amassed millions of followers. After that, Caitlyn was announced to be honored at the ESPY Awards. The list of firsts for Caitlyn Jenner seems to never end, but now, according to TMZ, Caitlyn Jenner is adding another “first” to her list, and we are sure this is one that she will not be too happy about.

TMZ reports that Caitlyn Jenner’s name has been added in a lawsuit for the first time. The lawsuit is in connection with the fatal accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in which (then known as) Bruce Jenner was involved.

Jessica Steindorff has now added Caitlyn Jenner to her lawsuit. As you may recall, Steindorff was driving her Prius, which was the second car that Jenner slammed into during the accident in February 2015. Steindorff claims she suffered physical injuries as well as damage to her car.

Steindorff’s car was the second car hit in the incident. Jenner was driving in an Escalade at the time when the Escalade plowed into Kim Howe’s car, forcing her into oncoming traffic. Howe was unfortunately killed when her Lexus was faced a head on collision with a Hummer.

After Jenner’s Escalade hit Howe’s Lexus, Jenner continued out of control down the road and ran into the back of Jessica Steindorff’s Prius.

In addition to the medical bills and damage for her car, Jessica Steindorff is suing for lost wages. She alleges that due to the medical injuries she was unable to work, and she feels that Caitlyn Jenner should have to pay for the time she missed.

In the documents, the defendant was listed as “Bruce Jenner,” but has now been changed to “Bruce Jenner a/k/a/ Caitlyn Jenner.”
