Carole Middleton has been vastly overstepping her boundaries lately, ostensibly to help Kate Middleton but Queen Elizabeth and Camilla Parker-Bowles have had enough. Obviously, Camilla Parker Bowles has much less say than Queen Elizabeth, but neither of them are particularly pleased with this entire situation.
As we know, Carole Middleton has basically taken over Anmer Hall. She’s running the estate, she’s running Kate Middleton’s life, Prince William’s life, Prince George’s life, and now, Princess Charlotte’s life. And in addition to that, she’s running the entire royal household formerly under Kate’s command, and she’s basically formed a large barrier between the royals and the rest of the world. Or specifically, between the Cambridges and the rest of the royals.
The tensions right now are running very high, and it’s very very possible that Queen Elizabeth will take it upon herself to just ban Carole Middleton from Anmer Hall. Technically speaking, Anmer Hall lies on Sandringham Estate, which means that the Queen has total control over anyone who spends time at Anmer – especially if that that ‘anyone’ is trying to undermine the Queen’s control.
Camilla Parker-Bowles and Prince Charles, on the other hand, are reportedly just bitter that they’re not calling the shots AND they’re worried that Princess Charlotte is about to be raised by a bunch of commoners. Pretty much everybody in the royal family is extremely annoyed that the Middletons – and specifically, Carole Middleton – has this much control over Kate Middleton and the Cambridges, and they want something to be done. And really, the easiest and quickest way to stop Carole’s involvement would be to ban her from Anmer – but then again, what if Kate just convinces her husband and children to move somewhere else, deviating even further from royal protocol?
