“Days of Our Lives” spoilers have been teasing a budding romance between Lucas Horton and Adrienne, who is still not-so-happily married to Justin Kiriakis. This month on the NBC soap tragedy struck and Sonny Kiriakis was brutally attacked and rushed to the hospital, Adrienne is currently standing by her son’s side and awaiting news from his doctors – and Lucas has tagged along for emotional and moral support. Tragedies tend to bring people closer, and Sonny’s near-death experience has definitely had that effect on his mother Adrienne and Lucas.
“Days of Our Lives” spoilers in the February 16th edition of Soap Opera Digest reveal that Kate Roberts may have been born at night – but it wasn’t last night. And it is only a matter of time before Kate picks up on the sparks flying between her son Lucas and Adrienne while they are at the hospital. And Kate is not happy about it. Kate Roberts’s portrayed Lauren Koslow dished to Soap Opera Digest, “Kate is not pleased and she lets Lucas know in no uncertain terms. She basically states that the whole thing is a disaster waiting to happen and why in the world would he want to get involved with a married-in-law?”
Any “Days Of Our Lives” fan can tell you that when Kate Roberts gets it in her head that she is against something – she literally can’t turn the other way and ignore it, regardless of whether it is any of her business or not. Kate has a long sordid past of meddling and scheming – and now that she is aware of Lucas and Adrienne’s “connection,” she will not stop until she abolishes any chances of them actually getting together.
