“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Wednesday, July 22, tease that Paige (True O’Brien) will give Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) updates on JJ’s (Casey Moss) actions. Paige couldn’t care less what JJ does with his life as long as he stays out of hers. Perhaps Paige is hoping Jen can get JJ to butt out. Then again, maybe Paige suspects JJ could be headed for trouble. Since Paige and Jen recently patched things up, Paige could decide to help out. Paige might drop a couple hints about JJ getting back into the drug scene. Jennifer will undoubtedly be shocked if she thinks her son is going down a dark road again.
Fortunately, DOOL viewers know that everything isn’t as it seems. As a favor to Roman (Josh Taylor), JJ is working as an informant. Both Roman and JJ want to bring Kyle (Michael Cardelle) down. JJ is hoping to get Kyle out of Paige’s life for good, but he’ll need to work fast. Later this week, Paige will make plans to join Kyle on a date. Can JJ intervene before Paige gets in too deep with Kyle’s crowd? Stay tuned to “Days of Our Lives” to see if Paige is already in over her head.
Meanwhile, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will decide to right a wrong. “Days” spoilers reveal that Kayla will believe she owes Hope (Kristian Alfonso) an apology. It’s not clear what Kayla really has to apologize for. Kayla is arguably the sweetest person in Salem these days. Besides, Kayla gave her blessing to Hope and Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) long ago. However, Kayla was somewhat suspicious of Aiden back when his deceased wife’s friend showed up in town claiming he was a murderer. Perhaps Kayla will tell Hope she’s sorry she ever doubted Aiden.
If Kayla’s apology is about Aiden, it seems slightly odd that it’s coming up now. Whenever something’s out of the ordinary on a soap, it’s usually a clue that it might be important. There have been a few rumors that Aiden may turn out to be a bad guy after all. Who’s to say Aiden wasn’t lying about the whole story of how Meredith (Julie Tolivar) died? On the other hand, maybe this will tie into Bo’s (Peter Reckell) upcoming return. They could chat about Hope letting go only to have her realize that she doesn’t have to. Whatever the case, DOOL rumors hint that Aiden will soon be out of the picture. Stick with “Days of Our Lives” to watch Hope’s love life start to shift.
