“General Hospital” spoilers and coming and going news revealed that when Brandon Barash returned as Johnny Zacchara – it would only be a temporary storyline. However, weeks passed and Johnny got out of Pentonville and began stirring up trouble in Port Charles, and GH fans became accustomed to seeing his face on a daily bases and rumors began floating around the internet that Brandon has decided to sign a contract and stick around. Unfortunately, that is not the case, and “General Hospital” spoilers have confirmed that Johnny Zacchara will exit the ABC soap during the month of February 2015 – and Barash’s arc has come to an end.
“General Hospital” spoilers in the latest edition of ABC Soaps In Depth confirm, “February Sweeps will see Johnny Zacchara depart Port Charles once more.” So far there is no news yet on how Johnny Zacchara’s exit will be writing, but the writers have several options. Brandon Barash’s character could be sent back to Pentonville, after all the only reason he was released was because Julian Jerome (William DeVry) confessed to a crime he didn’t commit.
Johnny could skip town to avoid going back to prison, or an untimely death dealt from the hands of Helena (Constance Towers) or Fluke (Anthony Geary). Then there is the other option, Johnny Zacchara could be killed off. “General Hospital” spoilers for February Sweeps reveal that there will be not one – but two bombs going off in Port Charles, and an epic shoot-out. So, there is plenty of opportunities for Johnny Zacchara to be killed off. And, even if the character is pronounced dead by the end of the month, there is no need to fret, because we all know that nobody stays dead in Port Charles.
