Here are the “General Hospital” spoilers for the ABC soap for Friday, February 19. Anna Devane (Fiona Hughes) is back in Port Charles as of yesterday and snuck up on Kyle Sloane (Grayson McCouch) at Ruby’s. She tells him she’s back and is a federal investigator now and will be looking into the shady Mayoral election that garnered Sloane’s appointment as head of the cop shop in PC. Rumor has it, once Anna digs in, the evidence should lead her to Spoon Island and Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) who rigged the election.
As we told you in yesterday’s GH spoilers, Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) covered for Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and said the baby is his. Alexis Davis(Nancy Lee Grahn) will not believe it and will press Ned on his claim. Whether Alexis doesn’t want to accept that Ned could cheat on her or is supporting Julian Jerome (William deVry) who would be happy to have a new baby is the question. We believe Ned will rig a DNA test if Julian or Alexis continue to push. “General Hospital” has a grand tradition of tampering with paternity tests after all.
As we revealed earlier this week, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) did in fact refuse to take back control of the crime syndicate because of the custody suit. Sonny came to confront Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) about the fight for baby Avery and Michael lost it then threw him out. Rumor has it that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will pop back up at some point to either fight for or outright steal her baby away from Sonny.
Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and Nikolas discuss the ELQ merger and Helena uses this to leverage her grandson to keep Jake Doe’s (Billy Miller) true identity as Jason Morgan secret. Helena even threatened him with jail, but the secrets won’t matter once Anna investigates and finds a link back to Nikolas in the dirty mayor’s race in coming weeks.
Today we can expect Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) to tell Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) that Jake survived the surgery, but there’s no telling what the results are until (and if) Jake wakes up. Sure enough, when Jake awakes he won’t remember his name that came to him just as he went under anesthesia but once Sam starts spending time while he recuperates, Jake will come back to himself, but will he keep his identity secret once he remembers because he’ll be horrified to discover that he’s a killer even without the chip in his head?
Today, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Parsons) will catch a glimpse of Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) shirtless and will feel utterly inadequate and will think he has zero chance with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) compared to the beefcake, but rumor has it he’s wrong. Maxie is seriously considering reuniting with him so little Georgie can have a real family.
