Here are some new “General Hospital” spoilers for the hit ABC soap for Wednesday, March 11. Yesterday we saw Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) finally get his hands on his sister Avery Corinthos and devastate Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) by telling him that he’s going to call the tyke AJ. Michael takes his new ward home and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is thrilled – she also loves the AJ moniker. However, not all is happy in the Q house.
Michael will struggle to balance his busy professional life at ELQ with the responsibilities of being a full-time single parent. He can’t just hand her off to a random caregiver because that might give Sonny fuel for his appeal of the custody case. “General Hospital” rumors indicate that he will bring in Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) and offer her a job as a surrogate mom/nanny to baby AJ. But with Sabrina comes trouble….
Sabrina will be very interested but this will outrage Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) since it was Sabrina’s tampering with Kiki’s mom Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) labor prevention medication that actually sent her into early labor at home which allowed Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) to kidnap her baby. But since Kiki has clearly aligned herself with Sonny, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig), her arguments will fall on deaf ears from Michael.
And now that Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) is zoning in on the whereabouts of the mystery Spencer sister Patricia (Dee Wallace), he’ll reunite with Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) to try and locate her and sort out Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) DID back-story so they can get him straightened out and put his evil alter-ego Fluke to rest once and for all (lithium, anyone?).
Rumors are in the air that Spinelli will run in to Jake Doe (Billy Miller). Will the Jackal go searching for Sam at “General Hospital” today and meet Jake there? While chatting up the mystery patient, Spinelli will recognize a speech pattern or turn of phrase that’s very Jason Morgan-esque and that will have him wondering about the identity of Port Charles’ latest amnesiac. Could the Jackal solve this mystery too?
Meanwhile, after a night in the hospital caring for their daughter Georgie Spinelli (Harper Rose Barash), Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will have to acknowledge that she still has a whole big pile of warm and fuzzy feelings about her baby-daddy Spinelli and will go talk to Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) about her renewed affections and her confusion about the whole Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) thing.
Julian Jerome (William deVry) promised Sonny a mob war but first he’s got to rebuild his crew. That means he’ll be open to taking Jake on which will fulfill Jake’s deal with Commissioner Sloane (Grayson McCouch) that he work undercover for him for the Jerome crime family. When Sonny flips out about Jake working for the enemy, Carly may spill the beans that Jake is undercover and not a real mafioso.
The question is, can Carly and Sonny leverage Jake’s placement in the mob crew to undermine Julian or lead the cops to him. Remember Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is trying to get a grip on the mob rivalry in Port Charles in her new role as a federal agent. Julian will also make a move to cut the head off the Corinthos crime family by taking out a major player.
The question is will Julian go after Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan), the de facto head of the family or go straight for Sonny? And will Julian try and use his latest foot soldier Jake to take out a Corinthos mobster? Since Jason was Sonny’s hit man, perhaps sending him out on a hit will revive his memories of his prior life now that his brain chip has been removed. He may even have Sonny at gun point when the memories come flooding back. Can’t wait to see.
Tune into ABC today to see all the goings on in Port Charles and be sure to come back to CDL every day for tons of “General Hospital” spoilers and gossip.
