Here are some “General Hospital” spoilers for the Monday June 8 episode of the hit ABC soap. Lots of drama on the next GH episode! On Friday, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) turned up just in time to hear Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) declare to all present that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is his lifemate. Laura is all teary and dramatic but Tracy steps up and will tell Laura to shove off and that Luke is all hers now. Tracy will remind Laura that she had her chance with Luke and their story is done while Luke and Tracy’s story is just starting again.
Laura won’t back down and will say she wants to hear what Luke has to say. Luke will make a big announcement. Will he man up and tell Laura that they are truly done? Or will he tell Laura he’s sorry, but Tracy is right and they are through? “General Hospital” spoilers reveal that Luke will end up leaving Port Charles with Laura on one last adventure, but that won’t be for awhile yet so likely Luke will tell Laura “sorry Charlie” and she’ll leave empty-handed.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) thinks Tracy is being harsh. After all, Sonny was in almost the same position when Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) was planning on marrying Franco (Roger Howarth). Carly says she would do what Tracy is doing but after Sonny reminds her that he fought for her, Carly will agree that her life is better with Sonny than it would have been with Franco.
Kyle Sloane (Grayson McCouch) finds Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) packing to leave town and is devastated. Sloane essentially tried to hand Anna his heart and she stomped it down hard. She will tell Sloane she’s taking Duke’s ashes to Scotland to spread them and says she doesn’t know when she’s coming back. Kyle will be hurt that she’s running away after their night of passion but he won’t be able to convince her to stay in town. Interestingly, Sloane will go to Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) to commiserate.
Someone shows up looking for Denise DeMuccio (Maura West) – some tough looking guy. Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) answer the door. Is the guy dropping off something that will tie Ava to Denise? Meanwhile Morgan will soon be caught up in a position with someone that gets intimate and that Kiki won’t like. Will Morgan succumb to his inexplicable attraction to Denise.
Denise is over at the Q mansion to see baby Avery. She’ll explain to Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) that she’s new in town and just found out she’s Ava’s twin sister and that she has a baby niece. She’ll ask to see the baby. Michael will be freaked out by all of this and worried that he’ll lose the baby and will wonder if Denise is who she says she is. Poor Michael doesn’t need any more stress since he’s already dealing with the ELQ drama.
At the Floating Rib, Silas Clay (Michael Easton) and his ex Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) share a drink and talk about their mutual woes. Nina tells him she married Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) after they had a long talk right there at the Rib. Nina then admits that she thought Franco was her happily ever after and tells Silas how she played crazy to stay at Shadybrook to be with him but then had to dump Franco when he accused her of kidnapping baby Avery.
Silas tells her he’s so sorry she’s gone through all this but Nina politely tells him it’s not his fault. Silas tells her that actually it is his fault, but will he go so far as to say that he was the one who kidnapped the baby? We know he’s feeling guilty, but will Silas feel bad enough to offer the truth. He may just because Silas is basically a good guy and needs to confess to someone.
Also, we’ve got more former cast members heading back to GH soon as part of Luke’s farewell tour. Look for Luke’s former flame Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) to show up with their son Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) and Luke and Laura’s oldest Lucky Spencer (Jonathon Jackson) to head back as well.
