Did Giada de Laurentiis just kinda-sorta confirm that she is dating fellow chef Bobby Flay? Since Giada and Bobby’s divorces from their spouses this year, cheating accusations have been flying left and right. Both Giada’s former husband Todd Thompson and Bobby’s ex-wife Stephanie March made out like bandits in the divorces – only further fueling the rumors that Bobby and Giada had been unfaithful to their spouses. But, the question remains, were they cheating on their spouses with each other?
Bobby Flay and Giada de Laurentiis have both denied having an affair with one another. But, evidence has been mounting against them, and they were spotted on more than one occasion out together, and looking very much like a couple. Now, Giada and her publicity team have been trying to do some serious damage control to repair her tarnished family image on the Food Network channel. Giada’s latest statement only seems to raise more eyebrows about her relationship with Bobby Flay than it does shut down rumors.
Here’s Giada’s recent statement regarding her relationship with Bobby Flay an divorce from Todd Thompson:
“The last year of my life has been a little more tumultuous, and I’ve sort of started a new life on my own with my daughter. Cooking has really sort of redefined my life in a way that truly the moment of inspiration and true happiness is when I’m in the kitchen….As far as Bobby goes, people are going to write what people are going to write. Luckily, my daughter’s still young enough that I can shelter her a little bit from it all, but I deal with it and I don’t really respond to it, and I move past it. It’s going to be what it’s going to be.”
It’s going to be what it is going to be? What does that even me? If there is no truth to the rumors – then why can’t she just flat out say “I did not have sexual relations with that man.”
