It’s one for one on tonight’s all new episode of “Hell’s Kitchen”. For while the men started out strong in this competition, after their dismal performance during the dinner service last week, it’s the women that’s currently in the lead. However, will they be able to keep it now that the other team has something to prove?

You see Cameron was an unfortunate blemish on the blue team. He fell apart after merely getting looked at too hard. So tonight the guys have to push themselves to the limit just to show Chef Ramsay they won’t all fall apart at the drop of a hat.

Hence, when the first challenge was announced, the guys had to do more than just be the first out of the gate. They also had to ensure they maintained a lead!

As part of the challenge, the contestants had to each wade through freezing waters to match up the correct fish head with its tail. And then once there were done with that they then had to cook the fish they matched. So even though some claimed they never ate fish a day in their life – oh, well – they still had to cook it as part of the challenge.

And surprisingly, most of the dishes were pretty good. In fact the one downside was that the guys were so desperate to win that they started to cheat off each other. Apparently, Adam borrowed rice from Milly instead of making his own and Ramsay got angry at him for it.

He said the contestants were supposed to make signature dishes. So how can it be their personal signature if someone else cooked the rice?

The guys ended up losing the challenge, but to be fair to Adam it wasn’t entirely his fault. Even if his or Milly’s dish won then they would have still have tied with the Red team. Though the punishment the guys later received for losing can only described as overkill.

They had to clean the kitchen which was fin and something they’ve done before, but then they had lunch. And not the lunch they made themselves. They had lunch that was prepared just for them as part of their punishment. So they had to eat peanut butter and jellyfish sandwiches.

It was disgusting and yet the blue team, for the most part, ate it anyway. And if they had been lucky their rough patch would have simply ended there.

Though, they weren’t and Randy injured himself. Thus bleeding all over the kitchen and then dinner service began for them on the worst note possibly. A dish had made it pass Ramsay and went to the dinner table with a piece of tape on it.

Adam apologized profusely for what he almost caused with such a little mistake but, sadly, the blue team still had Michael to contend with. Michael for some reason seems to do things to his own beat. So he hid an extremely hot pot that could have burnt one of his teammates if they unexpectedly reached down when he could have put it in the sink to cool off.

And the dinner service continued like that with even more dangerous mistakes. Nick kept on undercooking his pork though he thought it was fine for look it to still look pink. Meanwhile there were undercooked scallops, oversalted risotto, and burnt pizzas.

The blue team was eventually kicked out of the kitchen because of the undercooked meat but the red team was kicked out for asking Chef Ramsay for one more chance to get the appetizers right. And that was after he gave them plenty of chances. So in the end Ramsay demanded that both teams nominate two people for elimination.

No one actually won the dinner service tonight and so whoever was eliminated wasn’t going to be counted as a win for the other team. And Ramsay made sure to tell everyone that when he chose to send Michael home.

Michael truly could have hurt someone and that was the one thing Ramsay refused to overlook!

THE END!
