Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are married, y’all! Throw the garlands in the air, we have another old man putting a ring on a young, 28-year-old actress. Reports confirm that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard got ‘quietly’ married on Tuesday in their Los Angeles home, even though they’re reportedly still planning on having a larger reception this weekend at Johnny’s private island in the Bahamas.
The details of this smaller ceremony aren’t yet available, but we already know that the big, blow-out island reception will have around 50 guests, including Johnny’s children and close family members. I highly doubt that Vanessa Paradis [the mother of his children] will make an appearance, but it is interesting that Johnny’s kids with her will be there. Jack and Lily-Rose Depp are reportedly not fans of Amber Heard, and think that she’s just a gold-digging famewhore taking advantage of their father. They would be accurate in their assessment of her, but it doesn’t seem like their father cares.
Johnny Depp has been in the throes of a long and drawn-out mid-life crisis for the better part of five years now, and he doesn’t seem to care about anything except having fun and making a fool out of himself. His career choices have been abysmal of late, he doesn’t seem to put that much thought and effort into his fans anymore, and he’s stupid enough to get married to a woman who’s clearly just using him. Seriously, would anybody know Amber Heard’s name if it wasn’t for the Johnny Depp connection?
