Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s divorce is basically a done deal. Since the couple tied the knot in 2014 in a small ceremony, Johnny and Amber’s marriage has been a hot mess – between the cheating scandals and Johnny’s never-ending drunken stupor, it really is a miracle that they haven’t broken up yet. Johnny has always partied like a rockstar, but over the course of the last year, the actor’s drinking has become out of control – he made a drunken fool of himself at the Hollywood Film Awards, then he mysteriously broke his wrist after a night of drinking (even he probably isn’t sure how he did it), and Depp has been reportedly impossible to work with on the set of his latest Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
According to a new report from OK! Magazine, Amber Heard has reportedly had enough of her husband’s drinking and has given him an ultimatum – sober up or say “goodbye!” OK! Magazine’s inside sources on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean reveal that Johnny drinks 1-3 bottles of wine every single night, and the more that Amber threatens to leave him, the worse his drinking problem gets.
The magazine’s source dished, “Amber is fed up with how Johnny handles his problems, she has made it clear that he needs to shape up. He disappeared for five hours the other day. Everyone is on high alert, and monitoring his whereabouts the best that they can. It seems like he has lost his mind because he is terrified that she will walk away from their relationship.”
It sounds like the 52-year-old actor doesn’t need a divorce, he needs a trip to rehab – ASAP. Johnny Depp’s drinking problem has grown more and more severe over the past year, and Amber Heard threatening him is only making matters worse. If she truly wants her husband to get better, she needs to get him some professional help – not keep threatening him. Amber Heard could be more of the problem than she is the solution.
