Kate Middleton Drastic Dieting After Princess Charlotte’s Birth – Dangerous Post-Baby Weight Loss?

Kate Middleton gave birth to Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana last month, and the Duchess of Cambridge has been dieting like a mad woman to return to her pre-baby body. Just six weeks after giving birth to Prince George’s baby sister, Kate stepped out to watch her husband Prince William play in a polo match and witnesses were shocked when she showed off her new, toned body. It looked as if she never had a baby!

According to the July 6 edition of Star Magazine, “Kate worked out while she was pregnant, and now does yoga twice a week, and goes swimming almost daily at a new pool at Anmer Hall on the grounds of the Sandringham Estate, where the family now lives.” A dietician dished to Star that the reason Kate Middleton was able to shed the baby weight so quickly was because she worked out and dieted the entire time she was pregnant.

Kate Middleton’s obsession with dieting and her weight has been under fire on more than one occasion. Sure, there is nothing wrong with eating healthy while you are pregnant, however there is a fine line between eating healthy and not eating enough for two. Throughout both of Kate Middleton’s pregnancies reports emerged that Prince William’s wife was not taking care of herself and was borderline anorexic – Queen Elizabeth was rumored to have put her foot down and forced Kate to shape up.

As the future Queen Of England and a world-wide fashion icon, it’s understandable that Kate Middleton wants to look her best, after all she is living under a microscope. However, there is a fine line between looking your best and over-dieting. Right now Kate Middleton seems to be at her pre-pregnancy weight, but if she loses too many more pounds she will look too skinny. What do you think of Kate’s rapid weight loss? Is she shedding the baby-weight too fast? Should the royals be concerned of a borderline eating disorder again? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
