Kate Middleton is done getting pregnant and giving birth to royal babies. The Duchess of Cambridge has informed her husband, Prince William, that she is closing up shop. This month, Kate Middleton gave birth to baby number two, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, and then learned from doctors that a third pregnancy would be too risky and could put her health in serious danger. According to a new report from GLOBE Magazine, Kate Middleton’s medical condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, is to blame.
It’s no secret that Kate Middleton wanted to have at least four royal babies with her husband Prince William, but after grueling pregnancies with both Prince George and Princess Charlotte, Kate is throwing in the towel and refuses to get pregnant again. In the May 25 edition of GLOBE Magazine an insider revealed, “She was very emotional when she told William that there won’t be any more siblings for Prince George or Princess Charlotte. Kate had wanted to have two more so they’d have four children just like Queen Elizabeth, but she feels her body just can’ take it.”
GLOBE Magazine goes on to say that a third pregnancy for Kate Middleton would be too risky for the Duchess – according to her doctors, and her husband William is perfectly okay with that. He hates seeing Kate suffer from the severe morning sickness. Kate Middleton has technically fulfilled her duties as the Duchess of Cambridge, and provided the royal family with an heir and a spare. But that doesn’t mean that they will be as understanding as William is about Kate Middleton closing up shop. Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s births have given the British economy hundreds of millions of dollars worth of boosts – and that’s not even counting all of the revenue they have brought in for the royals.
Do you blame Kate Middleton for refusing to get pregnant again? Do you think that she will eventually change her mind and have another baby boy or baby girl? How will the rest of the royal family react when they hear the news? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
