Prince William sure knows how to pick them, Kate Middleton is a great mom to Princess Charlotte and Prince George – according to Star Magazine’s “Celebrity Mom Report Cards.” Although it should probably be noted that Kate Middleton only scored an A-, as opposed to Angelina Jolie’s A+. Obviously Princess Kate Middleton scored some points because of her hands-on approach to raising Prince George, and adorable photos snapped of her and George at the park when she was 9 months pregnant with Princess Charlotte definitely helped her case.
In the June 15 edition of Star Magazine an insider raved about Kate Middleton’s mommy skills and dished, “Kate really is the most hands-on royal mom ever. She makes sure George plays with ordinary little kids at the park, and puts him to bed herself. She reads to him and plays with him as much as her busy schedule allows. There is no doubt Princess Charlotte will get just as much of her attention.”
We’re not going to knock Kate Middleton’s parenting skills, but does she really have any choice other than being a good mom? She is raising the future King and/or Queen of England, and is constantly living under a microscope. Kate can’t even take her children to the doctor or for a swim without helicopters swarming over head and the paparazzi snapping thousands of photos – she can’t afford to slip up and have a “bad mom” moment. Although, it will be interesting to see how Kate handles Prince George and Princess Charlotte when they get older. Could the royal heirs put Kate to the test and act up while they are out in public?
