Is Katy Perry pregnant? Well, not yet…but she could be any day now. Katy Perry shocked us all when she took back John Mayer. Nobody expected the relationship to last – but Katy and John are still going strong. Katy Perry is super busy. You know, busy being the highest paid pop star and feuding with her mortal enemy Taylor Swift – but, apparently, in her downtime she is trying to get pregnant with her first baby with John Mayer.
According to a report from Naughty Gossip, Katy Perry and John Mayer have had “the talk” and Katy is ready to start trying for baby number one. An insider dished to Naughty Gossip, “She wants to build out that dream life of having a nice house, a great hubby, and kids running around everywhere. She’s hit that stage of her career where she can start to consider this without it slowing her down.” Seeing as how Katy is now 30 years old, it’s not exactly surprising that she is ready to settle down and start building a family – although we’re not sure how well that plan is going to go with John Mayer of all people. But, hey, people do change.
We really can’t help but laugh at the irony though. Can you imagine how furious Taylor Swift will be if Katy Perry gets a wedding and a baby before she does? After all, it has basically been Taylor’s sole ambition in life to get married and have a cookie-cutter family. Poor Calvin Harris, he is going to get dragged down the aisle faster than he can say “I Do” if Katy Perry does wind up getting pregnant or setting a wedding date.
