Tonight on VH1 their series Love & Hip Hop Hollywood continues with an all new Monday November 16, season 2 episode 11 called “Fashion Forward” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, Teairra stuns Nikki and Princess at the fashion show.
On the last episode, Willie discovered that Shanda’s been dancing again; Teairra wasn’t ready to walk the runway; and Fizz talked to Rich about his involvement in his family. On tonight’s episode as per the VH1 synopsis, “Teairra stuns Nikki and Princess at the fashion show; and Moniece makes a big confession to Fizz. Later, Ray J tries to get Princess back.”

Fizz and Moniece go clothes shopping for their son, who will be starting kindergarten. Fizz says in confessional that since he is doing something for her, he wants to ask a favor of her. Fizz asks Moniece to be the feature girl in his “Good Lotion” video after Nikki, his original inspiration for the track, rejected him. Moniece says he has been very supportive of her and she is going to return the favor and support her. Fizz promises her that she will have all the luxuries she wants backstage. Moniece asks him about his current situation, and he says he is dating around and checking out his options. She asks him who he has been seeing, and he says he has started talking to Nikki again.
Ray J says in confessional that has been “miserable” since his split from Princess, and says he is trying to fill the void with any girl in view. He says that it still isn’t the same with any of these other girls. He meets with Max, who tells him he has never seen Ray J go back and forth with anyone, which makes him think his relationship with Princess is real. Max says Princess needs to learn the rules to him. Ray J says he needs to learn the rules to Princess as well, and that he doesn’t want their relationship to be one-sided. Ray J says he went from a ’90 percent cheater to a 5 percent cheater’ after getting with Princess. He says he wants Princess to have friends and go out and have fun, but he doesn’t want her hanging out with Teairra. Ray J says in confessional that he can get with any woman, but Princess has shown her love for him over and over. Max tells him that he already knows what the streets have to offer, so he should give real love a shot. The two of them toast to this.
Moniece tells Teairra that she thinks she is in love with Fizz again. Teairra asks her if she is sure it is not just the vision that she sees in her mind when they are together. She asks what she is going to do, if she is going to talk to Rich or Fizz. Moniece says she needs to talk to Fizz and see if he ever wonders what could have happened if they stayed together. She says she doesn’t know if it’s because she and Rich haven’t figured out what they are doing. She says she and Rich have talked about marriage but haven’t even gone and sized any rings. Teairra tells her she needs to figure it out. Moniece asks Teairra how she is doing, and she tells her about Hazel and Princess joining in on the production of the fashion show she has been setting up with Nikki, something she didn’t find out about until she came back from her surgery. She also tells her about the fight she had with them at the fitting. She tells Moniece that she now wants to crash the event for revenge, but hasn’t planned how. Moniece volunteers herself to be a part of this plan.
Brandi’s sister Amber has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), a disease which is hard to deal with and has no cure. Brandi tells her that at this moment she looks healthy, and when she first heard everything she couldn’t imagine what she is going through. She asks Amber to tell her what the doctor told her, and she says that basically her condition is unpredictable and she won’t know on a day to day basis until she wakes up in the morning. Amber tells Brandi that she is going to support her and make sure nothing happens to her. She tells her that if she has MS, so does she. Amber says she wants to figure out what is working and take it from there. Brandi says in confessional that she is the fixer in the family, and she is going to dedicate everything she has to fix this.
Miles had a hard time coming out to his family, and now isn’t talking to half of them. He says he has a messed up feeling in his heart after he last spoke to Amber, and he hopes they can still be friends. The two of them meet up at a park.
Amber tells Miles that she went ahead and told Zoey the situation because she wanted to protect her. She says she didn’t want her hearing it from another source. Miles apologizes, and says he wishes he didn’t have these feelings. Amber says she understands and she wants them to move on. She tells him it’s okay, and they are good on that part. She tells him she is glad he is living in his truth and happy with who he is. Miles says he is still working on being happy with who he is, and Amber says it’s going to take time because it’s new to him. Miles thanks her for meeting up with him, and they hug.
Lil Fizz films his embarrassing music video for “Good Lotion”, which he coerced Moniece to be involved in. She is literally holding a bottle of lotion in a transparent black dress with underwear on underneath as he dances around her and his autotuned voice plays on the speakers.
After the shoot, Moniece tells him that since they have been able to get along and co-parent and things have been going well, she is starting to remember the man she fell in love with. She says that now she is juggling work and mommy duty, she is finally able to be honest with herself. She says she will always love him, and asks him if those thought ever cross his mind.
Fizz says he doesn’t know if he can see them in that space again, because he fell out of love with her five years ago. He says that even if they were to get back together, things would probably only go backwards. He says he thinks he is more in a space where them being able to co-parent and be friends is what’s best for Cameron. She says she has waited for this day, and that this is the person she planned at 21 and 22 to be with forever. She says from the moment she was pregnant she envisioned two parents who could get along, and that now all these feelings are coming up and she doesn’t know how to process them. She cries as she tells him that she considers what would have happened had she never left. Fizz tells her that she can’t dwell on what would have been, and that they are in a good zone and should be happy and raise their son to be the best he can be.
Fizz says in confessional that when he started this co-parenting plan, he never expected this to happen. He says he is in a different place in his life, and that the love he used to have for Moniece will never be there again.
Nikki feels bad for saying no to Fizz’s video, so she shows up on the set to show him support. Fizz tells Nikki that Moniece was crying and confessed her love for him. Nikki says in confessional she finds it interesting that Moniece is seeing Rich while confessing her feelings for Fizz. However, she also says that she is not a bad person and would step aside for the sake of Fizz and Moniece’s relationship if she had to. Nikki asks him what he said when she told him, and he says he told her he likes it where it’s at and doesn’t want to be reminiscing. Nikki asks him if he wouldn’t work it out, even for his son, and he says he likes the space they’re in.
Ray J says in confessional that he has never felt the kind of love he feels for Princess for anyone else he has ever been with. He’s probably only saying this because she is finally saying no to him so now he’s feening, but I digress. He busts in on her while she is working on her line for her fashion show. Princess says in confessional that she doesn’t know why Ray J is there when she is working on her line. Ray J asks what she is doing, and she tells him, asking him why he is there. Ray J says of course he is going to support her, but Princess says he can’t come because she is not in that space right now. She says she is starting to realize that the issue is deeper than him, and a lot of the reason she has been putting up with his stuff and won’t leave because she has bigger issues with her dad and looks to him to fill that void, which she can’t do because he will always disappoint her.
Princess tells him she is happy he stopped by, but she needs him to respect what she is doing right now and give her some time. Ray J “agrees” and kisses her on the cheek before leaving.
Brandi goes to the beach with Max and confides in him about Amber being sick. She thanks him for supporting her. He says there’s a lot going on right now, but at the end of the day they are going to stay strong. Brandi says she hates admitting when she’s wrong, but she was wrong about their rings because they are very beautiful, but she understands what he means about them being material and that what really holds their marriage together is in their hearts.
The day of the fashion show has finally arrived.
Hazel gets a text from Teairra saying she is on her way to crash their event to get even. Hazel says in confessional she is not here for the drama, and she knows Teairra is looking for a big confrontation but it’s not going to happen. Outside, Milan asks her if she’s really going to leave the event after setting all of this up, and she says she is done with everything. He goes back inside and tells Nikki and Princess about the text and Hazel leaving. Nikki is shocked that Hazel is walking away from the show. She tells Milan that she and Princess are still there and going to kill it.
Teairra and Moniece arrive at the event with models in tow. After Nikki, Princess and Milan show their pieces, Teairra and her models storm on the runway. Princess says in confessional that she can’t believe Teairra would storm their runway with her tacky pieces. She says her shit isn’t poppin’, it’s floppin’, and she needs to go to the alley where she belongs, on her knees. Teairra says in confessional that she can’t believe Hazel and Princess came in and tried to take over her fashion show, which she has been planning for months. Princess gets on the mic and says that her items are handmade and not from a factory, and Teairra says that hers are too. Milan pipes in and says that he is happy about everyone who showed up, even those who weren’t invited. Teairra says she isn’t here to shade everyone, and that everyone’s pieces look great. Princess says she is surprised because she didn’t think she was capable of that.
Milan says he thinks Teairra was being genuine, and Teairra says she was.
Milan says in confessional that this fashion show was supposed to be for fun and to show their boss side, but all of this fighting over the mics is tacky. After Milan wraps up the show and everyone begins their exits, Princess gets on the mic one more time to say “get that polyester bullshit out of here, thank you.”
Outside of the fashion show venue, Ray J brings Princess white flowers and congratulates her on the show. He asks her for her forgiveness, and she says she thinks it’s fitting he brought her white flowers because that’s where she thinks they should start. Princess says if he really wants to be with her, he shouldn’t say he wants to be with her because of what she can do for him. He agrees, saying he loves everything about her (including her cooking, which is hilarious). Princess says she loves and misses him, but she just can’t do that and he hasn’t got it yet.
Nikki has invited Teairra to a meeting about the fashion show, and she and Moniece show up together. Nikki and Milan are sitting at a table together when they arrive. Nikki tells Teairra that when the drama at the fashion show went down she found it disrespectful but decided to talk about it at a later time. Teairra says she felt doubted at the fitting, so she wanted to show them what she is made of and that she works best under pressure. Princess shows up at the restaurant. Milan says that when Teairra stormed into their fashion show with her models, that was disrespectful, and Nikki agrees.
Nikki says that being successful you work with people you don’t like, but you do what you got to do. Princess asks Teairra if she doesn’t think they will be butting heads again, and if there won’t come another time where they will have to work with someone they don’t like.
Moniece asks Princess if she would ever expect her to invite her arch nemesis to a fitting. Princess says she doesn’t want to hear anything Moniece says because she isn’t worth the acknowledgement. The two of them throw drinks at eachother, and are held back by bodyguards. Moniece warns Princess not to start this. Princess tells Moniece she will find the dumpster she lives in and beat her ass.
