On the last episode, refreshed from her trip to La-La land, Quad refocused her energy on marketing her doggy fashion line. Meanwhile, Heavenly and her husband were at an impasse when he insisted she’s spending too much time away from home. Simone made it clear that it was her party and can do what she wanted to when she disinvites Lisa Nicole. Did you watch the last episode? On this episode of “Married to Medicine” Quad was quite excited about hosting a pop-up shop for her puppy couture. However the drama, she had tried so hard to leave behind, ended up following her to the event.
Since LA, Quad said she’s had a fire lit underneath her. She wants to make her business success and it seems like she has even more of a drive now to do so. Yet Heavenly came to her event and you know Heavenly – she always has something to say. And this time she wanted to tell Quad to drop the feud.
Quad has repeatedly told her friends that she refuses to attend any event in which she knows Lisa Nicole will attend as well. So going ahead with this information, Simone felt like she couldn’t have both women attend her Kid vs. Parents Basketball game. And she chose to disinvite Lisa Nicole just so that Quad could be comfortable.
But Toya found out a little something. She learned from Instagram of all things that both Lisa Nicole and Quad had gone to a Porsha Williams’ event. So naturally Toya was curious about Quad’s behavior.
For the other woman didn’t have a problem with going to the same venue as Lisa Nicole and keeping her distance. Yet she wanted her friends to be divided on this issue. Almost as if she wanted to turn them against Lisa Nicole.
So Toya didn’t sit on this information. And she instantly told Simone all about it while they were at Quad’s party.
And Simone was upset. She felt like Quad had told her one thing and then went behind her back to do another. Then, on top of that, there is a little embarrassment on Simone’s part because she did put her foot down and support Quad’s decision.
In fact Simone got into an argument with the other ladies because she thought Quad had felt so strongly about Lisa Nicole. Yet, when she talked to Quad, she was left feeling let-down. By both their conversation and their supposed friendship.
Quad had the perfect excuse for running into Lisa Nicole earlier. She said they lived in Atlanta and it was bound to happen. And if she had stopped there then maybe Simone wouldn’t have been so hurt. But Quad then went on to say that she now might not make it Simone’s event.
Quad had said that she didn’t want to cause drama at this event especially as it was going to be for Simone’s son. But Simone was offended. She wanted to believe their friendship mattered to Quad and if Quad didn’t attend then that very well could have been the end of them.
But Quad did go and more importantly she went with the full knowledge that Lisa Nicole was also going to be there.
Simone had called Lisa Nicole and had apologized for the way she treated the woman earlier. So truthfully they made up and Lisa was still excited about taking her kids to the basketball game. The kids didn’t know what had happened. Just, one day they thought they would be playing in a Kids vs Moms game and then next their mom said they could no longer go.
Thus there weren’t any actual hard feelings on anyone’s part. Everyone was just glad the moms were getting along again.
And Simone was definitely happy when no one decided to ruin her son’s basketball game. Quad participated and then once she was done – she went home without ever once speaking to Lisa Nicole. And the same went for Lisa Nicole.
So one child’s party ended up giving everyone hope. The group felt like they could all be under the same roof again and they were looking forward to continuing to be civilized.
Heavenly and Jill had quickly gotten over their issue and Toya had been doing really well in promoting her husband’s infusions company. So if things had stayed this way then maybe the Quad and Lisa Nicole would have ended.
Yet Quad found out something at her puppy pop-up shop. Someone, a young man, came up to her and told her that he was sleeping with Lisa Nicole’s husband. So right away Quad had ammo and though she didn’t use it this week – next week could be a whole other story.
