Will Riker Lynch and Allison Holker win Dancing With The Stars season 20? They’ve got some major competition in celeb dancers Noah Galloway and Rumer Willis. On Tuesday, May 12 we learned that Glee alum Riker Lynch and his pro-dancing partner Allison Holker were headed to the DWTS season 20 finals, and no one was really shocked by the dramatic announcement during the live results show on ABC. Since the young celeb debuted on the dancing competition, he has been relatively quiet, but solid competition.
Riker Lynch and Allison Holker have been the highest scoring dance couple on Season 20 of Dancing With The Stars – but at the end of the day, America’s votes count, too. Sure, Riker has legions of devoted teen fans and Glee viewers who are voting for him every week, but is that enough? Riker is heading to the finals against Demi Moore and Noah Galloway – and he may be a stronger dancer than both of them; however, he doesn’t have the publicity gimmicks that his competitors do.
Noah Galloway is an amputee and Iraq War veteran – that alone gives him a nearly impossible edge when it comes to garnering America’s votes. But, now, Noah is a triple threat – he won over the hearts of Dancing With The Stars fans this month when he proposed to his girlfriend, Jamie Boyd, on live television. Rumer Willis is no war veteran, but she is the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. And her rumored relationship with her dance partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, has made her a permanent fixture in the tabloids and done wonders for her publicity. We know Riker Lynch can dance circles around Rumer and Noah, but can he win the popularity portion of the competition?
What do you think, Dancing With The Stars fans – does Riker Lynch have what it takes to win the Mirror Ball Trophy this season? Will you be voting for the Glee star? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
