Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec dating rumors began before the two made their DWTS dancing debut. However, there is scandal in all this…. It’s no secret that a ‘Dancing with the Stars’ romance has been going on. Kym is said to be a gold-digger; dating Robert Herjavec for his money, and Rob divorced his wife, Diane Plese, to be with Kym Johnson.
Celeb Dirty Laundry knows soap operas, and this season of DWTS is reaching soap opera drama levels. Thanks to Kym and Robert, the dance floor is sizzling with scandal if all the rumors are true. As we covered, Johnson and Herjavec are sharing every steamy photo of themselves together via social media, and they can’t stop talking about how “amazing” they think they are. On Monday, after the two performed a waltz and gained 34 points from the judges, the Canadian Shark came to tears while dedicating the dance to his later mother. Kym, on the other hand, seemed more entranced by Robert’s look for the evening tweeting, ‘How handsome does @robertherjavec look in his tales (sic)!!’
Johnson appears to have a spelling problem, but she isn’t letting that hold her back. Kym is making her moves despite the fact that Robert Herjavec just ended his marriage of nearly 25 years. In fact, Robert and his wife were undergoing a separation, trying to find a way to make it work. Herjavec even told People he was so distraught about his marriage falling apart that he considered suicide. From there, he started volunteering at Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, working in the soup kitchen. Robert found a better mindset and joined ‘Dancing With the Stars’ to continue his path back to happiness.
Enter Kym Johnson. The timing of Robert and Diane’s divorce is very interesting. Herjavec and Johnson met mid-February. The Daily Mail reported Kym and Robert “hit it off straight away,” plus TMZ’s source backs up the allegation stating they “started dating immediately.” Don’t forget Rob and Kym were spotted making out at Hyde lounge in early March.
However, Robert and Diane didn’t decide to divorce until early March, after he and Johnson started dating if the allegations are true. The DWTS couple won’t absolutely confirm or deny their relationship. Herjavec simply equates Kym as a great friend, and Johnson tries to sidestep the question of their status during interviews.
As we reported, Herjavec’s wife, Diane Plese, is “embarrassed” Robert is flaunting his obvious relationship with a woman is 14 years younger than him. OK!’s insider stated, “They have three children, Diane thinks the way that he is behaving is embarrassing to their family.”
Kym doesn’t seem to care. She repeatedly gushes about how wonderful Robert is on social media and during interviews. I’m sure the thought of the millionaire’s bank account makes her feel better, but begs the question of whether or not Johnson is in love with Robert or his money. I suppose it’s natural to think GOLD DIGGER when a younger woman starts dating a significantly older man who is recently divorced and bouncing back from suicidal thoughts, but the promise of a Ferrari just seals the gold digging deal.
