Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs have been dating for quite a long time, and they’re both at an age where all their friends are starting to settle down, get married, and have children. And according to the latest report from People Magazine, Rob gave FKA a ‘promise ring’ to prove his everlasting commitment to her. Remember – this is from the same guy who often trashes romantic cliches in interviews, especially when it comes to his movies.
People’s source claims that Robert Pattinson is absolutely ‘smitten’ with FKA Twigs, adding, “He wants to marry her. He is much more calm and happy than before. They are inseparable when they are together. They live at his house.”
Again, Rob is 28 years old and FKA Twigs is 27 years old – and their friends are getting married and having babies. He’s probably hesitant to go for a proposal right now, especially since his last serious relationship ended on such disastrous terms. However, a promise ring, R-Pattz? Come on.
Either way, it’s becoming fairly clear that Rob and FKA are going to end up engaged soon, and possibly even married. The question is, will Kristen Stewart propose to Alicia Cargile and get engaged at the same time? The tabloids would have a field day with that one, wouldn’t they? Even though it’s been two years since Rob and Kristen broke up, it doesn’t seem like Twi-hards have let go of their Robsten dream. They’ll probably dismiss this People report as made-up, even though it’s from the most publicist-friendly outlet in town. Trust me, if People is reporting this, then Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are going to be engaged by the end of the year, no ifs and buts about it.
