Rosie O’Donnell’s 18 year old daughter Chelsea is getting revenge on her adoptive mom for what she considers a horrible childhood. What does an 18 year old teenager do to get back at their mother? Well, in Chelsea’s case she has moved in with her 25 year old ex-con boyfriend Steve Sheerer who has felonies for selling heroin and child endangerment. Chelsea went the extra mile though, not only did she move in with her shady boyfriend, she also reconnected with her real mother.
According to this week’s edition of National Enquirer, “Her new life is a clear slap in the face to her tyrannical adoptive mom who tossed her out of their posh South Nyack home, and then cruelly declared her missing, unstable, and in need of medication.” The police brought Chelsea home to Rosie kicking and screaming, but 9 days later she turned 18 years old and left home for good – this time Rosie couldn’t send out the search parties, because she is legally an adult.
The tabloid goes on to reveal that Rosie O’Donnell isn’t exactly devastated by Chelsea’s absence – she has already moved her new girlfriend Tatum O’Neal in with her to fill the void. Some disgusted fans on the Internet seem to think that Tatum might have actually been the reason behind Rosie and Chelsea’s falling out to begin with. Regardless, you have to be a pretty horrid mother to have your kid abandon the life of luxury, give up all of her expensive toys and inheritance, and move in with an ex-heroin dealer, who lives in a VERY modest home and works a 9-5 job.
What do you guys think caused Chelsea and Rosie’s huge fight? Is Chelsea O’Donnell really crazy and in need of medication, or is Rosie just saying that to discredit her daughter’s side of the story? How long before Chelsea goes crawling back home to her adoptive mom and her money? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
