Selena Gomez has been trying to win back her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, and his recent cheating scandal with Ariana Grande has SelGo furious. Selena is afraid that now that Ariana Grande and Big Sean split and he is out of the picture – Jelena is over for good. Selena Gomez kicked off 2015 with her bew boyfriend Zedd, but they recently broke up because Selena was still obviously in love with Justin Bieber, and she has been in contact with him for months. Just when insiders were hinting that Selena and Justin were headed to a reconciliation, Justin and Ariana Grande’s alleged cheating scandal hit the internet.
In early April Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande teamed up to perform on stage at a concert, and everyone was buzzing about their on-stage chemistry and how touchy-feely they were with each other while they were dancing together. Ariana Grande’s boyfriend Big Sean was not happy about all of the rumors floating around that she was hooking up with Biebs, and he even went on Twitter and threatened Justin – the Tweet mysteriously disappeared a few moments later.
On April 20 news broke that Sean and Ariana had broken up and gone their separate ways, and Selena is freaking out. There has always been a steady parade of women in and out of Justin’s life, but Selena always considered herself a notch above them. Since Ariana skyrocketed to super fame in the pop music world Selena has been extremely self-conscious about herself, and being compared to Ariana. And, general consensus among fans is that there is no comparison and Ariana wins hands down. For once, Selena Gomez actually is scared that Justin may be replacing her, and their relationship is really over.
An insider explained to CDL, “Selena has always considered herself better than the women Justin hooks up with. She knows that they won’t be around long-term. But, the thought of Justin and Ariana has her shaking in her boots, she knows that Justin respects Ariana and if they are hooking up – he isn’t going to drop her for Selena like he does the Instagram models and strippers.”
