Selena Gomez turned down Justin Bieber’s cynical request to get back together after he ditched “can’t compete” Hailey Baldwin. Selena Gomez may be trying to make Justin Bieber work harder this time around, or maybe she is truly over him because she decided she wasn’t taking him back this time, and she may have inadvertently started a war with her ex boyfriend. Justin Bieber was already upset after seeing his friend Zedd, a DJ/Producer, with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez on Instagram and together at a Golden Globes after-party.
Justin responded by cooling things with rumored new love interest Hailey Baldwin and had intended to walk right back in to Selena’s life. It is a definite pattern for the young, on-and-off couple, to the point where they actually enjoy the little pain because of how good it feels when they get back together. The two are also one another’s first love, so whenever something goes wrong or they have a break-up they run back to each other—it is their comfort zone. Things are great in the beginning, and then they fall back into the same old patterns and they break up again.
This time, however, Selena’s telling Justin she thinks the break-up should stick, and Justin knows it is only because she’s got Zedd—giving her the confidence to stay strong and not give in to her ex. When the fiery former couple talked, Selena asked about Hailey and Justin assured her they are not together and that he is single.
That may have all changed after Selena turned Justin down and now Justin wants Selena to hurt a little bit. Justin posted a pic of himself shirtless, and with only a towel wrapped around his waist, for two purposes. Justin Bieber first wanted to debunk rumors that his Calvin Klein ads were photoshopped to make him look more muscular than he is, but he also hoped the supposed cheating photo would be somewhat of a slap in the face to Selena…. but not because of his muscles. You see, Justin carefully planned the pic to get into Selena’s head and drive her crazy with jealousy. Justin knows that Selena picks apart details of everything, and she will surely catch on to little details from the cheating photo.
Take a close look at the picture. There are surely two questions that are eating Selena Gomez alive right now. Who took the picture of Justin, and whose towel is that on the floor behind him? Sort of leads us to believe there is a naked woman taking the pic of Justin. And that, CDLers, is just what Justin Bieber was hoping people would think….especially Selena. Will these two ever just make a clean break?
