Selena Gomez Weight Loss Mystery: Sheds 20 Pounds Fast, Unsafe Diet To Blame?

Selena Gomez is one of the most-talked about celebs in Hollywood right now – and her hot new body is definitely doing her some favors.  Earlier in 2015, Selena Gomez seemed to be going through a bit of a rough patch, and she was photographed in April 2015 in a bikini after putting on quite a few pounds, making her tiny frame appear much more curvy than usual.  While Selena stayed strong against the fat-shamers on social media, she was secretly miserable over her weight gain and vowed to get back her body ASAP – and that is exactly what she did.

After photos of Selena Gomez in her bikini rocking her new curves went viral, the singer miraculously dropped 20 pounds in less than a month!  The next time Selena stepped out of the house the internet was in shock and awe by her rapid weight loss, and everyone is dying to know how she did it.  According to Life & Style Magazine, Selena didn’t use any weight loss tricks or gimmicks – she simply cleaned up her diet and began exercising like a mad woman.

A source dished to Life & Style Magazine, “Selena cut out all food deliveries to her home and the recording studio.  Plus she stopped all late night munchies runs to her all-time favorite fast food joint, In-N-Out Burger.  Instead of beef patties, fries, and milk shakes, the “Good For You” singer is loading up on fish, fruit, and greens, and her favorite snack pickles.”

Obviously, we want Selena Gomez to be healthy, and who could hate on her weight loss success?  But we would be lying if we said we weren’t a little disappointed, there was nothing wrong with the way Selena looked after she gained 20 pounds!  Some people even thought she looked better with her new curves.
