Stephanie March is speaking out about the hilarious ‘Cheater Banner’ incident that took place during her estranged husband, Bobby Flay’s, Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. As you know, during Bobby Flay’s ceremony, someone flew in a plane over Hollywood with a sign that read “Cheater,” referring to March’s divorce allegations that Flay had cheated on her multiple times with assistants and actress January Jones.
Bobby Flay has been going through a nasty and very public divorce with Stephanie March so rumors immediately flooded the internet saying that March was responsible behind the incident. Now, Stephanie March’s team is responding to these claims and reassuring the public that March was not the culprit.
“Stephanie is absolutely not behind this,” said March’s attorney Deborah Lans to E! News.
As for the divorce claims that Bobby Flay is a cheater, Stephanie March is standing by them. Rumors have also recently surfaced that Bobby Flay may be the father of January Jones’ son Xander. January has not announced the father ever, and when asked she simply said that it was not necessary for the public to know. It makes perfect sense for Bobby Flay to be the father. Flay’s team, however, insists that these rumors are false and that the celebrity chef never cheated on March.
“We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo. This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other. It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that’s unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a pre-nuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage.”
