Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry was seen out on what looked like a Waffle House date with a woman who wasn’t his wife and a concerned fan snapped pictures so Ayesha Curry could put her husband in check. The recent Most Valuable Player in the NBA was reportedly dining at the breakfast chain with a Golden State teammate and two unidentified woman when they were spotted by a concerned fan. Apparently, not too huge of a Steph Curry fan though. If they had been, perhaps they would have recognized his table mate and not made such a fuss.
Ayesha Curry just made headlines when she got into a Twitter catfight with pregnant supermodel Chrissy Teigen. Mrs. Curry tried to school Teigen on how to be a proper lady. Ayesha got very preachy about how a woman should be modest and save her most intimate parts for her husband only.
While a lot of people gave Ayesha Curry a hard time, her husband Stephen Curry was very defensive of his wife and backed up her comments about modesty. That is apparently why this very misinformed fan was so confused. They even asked MTO to look into the possibility of a Stephen Curry cheating scandal. The informant sent the following message along with the picture, “MTO please put this out there so that Ayesha can go check her man. She should be able to get to the bottom of what’s happening.”
We’re betting Ayesha Curry is very thankful to her army of fans for keeping her man in check while he’s out and about. However, we’re also pretty sure that both Stephen and Ayesha are having a good laugh because they know exactly who was in the not-so-damning photo of Curry and his pals.
Everyone can calm down, at least for now, because the identity of Curry’s Waffle House “date” is none other than his sister, Sydel Curry. Stephen and his volleyball playing little sister were just sharing a bite to eat and some messy MTO readers decided to start a problem. If anything, this little scandal will strengthen Ayesha’s argument about how to keep a man.
