Stewarts & Hamiltons continues tonight an all new Sunday, July 26 season 1 premiere, called “Meet the Stewarts and Hamiltons” We’ve got your recap down below! On tonight’s episode, In the series premiere, Kimberly Stewart finds herself at the mercy of her mother, Alana, who is trying to find her love.
For those of you who don’t know, the show is a reality series about the blended families of rock star Rod Stewart and actor George Hamilton.
On tonight’s episode as per the E! synopsis “in the series premiere, Kimberly Stewart finds herself at the mercy of her mother, Alana, who is trying to find her love. Meanwhile, reformed bad boy Ashley Hamilton takes a second shot at a music career; and iconic ladies’ man George Hamilton learns that his teenage son GT is no longer in virgin territory.”

Stewarts & Hamiltons Recap 7/26/15: Season 1 Premiere “Meet the Stewarts and Hamiltons”
The Stewarts and the Hamiltons is literally one giant mash-up of a family. And on tonight’s premiere episode of E’s newest show it’s still sort of a guessing game figuring out who everyone is.
See there’s the legendary George Hamilton. Actor, entrepreneur, and author. Though it’s because of his connection to his ex-wife that he became a pseudo member of the Stewart Family. And now it just seems like he’s always belonged.
As for the ex-wife, Alana Hamilton Stewart appears to have a great relationship both of her exes. She and George get along very well. Which by the way was great for their son Ashley. But it’s a true testament to their relationship that he actually has a relationship with her other children that she went on to have with Rod Stewart.
So they definitely developed a healthy environment.
Because of what Alana and George did, both Sean Kimberley Stewart who were equally written up about back in the day for their wild child behavior have a great relationship with their dad and their brother’s dad. And so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Kimberley or her brothers don’t really worry about who belongs to who. To them, they’re simply one big family.
And that’s why Kim could hang out with her half-sister Ruby then takes a moment to teach George Hamilton’s young son JT about the birds and bees.
George you’ll find is pretty open about these things however his younger son doesn’t seem to want to speak with his dad. At least not about things that matter to him. So one day when Kim, her close guys friend, and JT were all out together, the fifteen year old tried to take her friend aside for some advice and instead had his pseudo big sister chastised him. For it seems he’s been completely forgoing wearing a condom during sex.
Earlier JT took his date to a dinner for the governor. His father was the MC and he was interested in going so that’s how he got to go. But his date hadn’t known his age before dinner and the 17 year old was a bit worried to find out she had been on a date with a 15 year old.
Though it looks like she eventually got over it. If, that is, it was the same girl.
Anyways, after JT got the talk, he was then pressured into calling up this girl and asking whether or not she was pregnant.
Fortunately she wasn’t but that was a close call. So Kim told George what JT had been up to and George made his son tell him what happened. And as the story goes, he got pulled into the bathroom and that was that.
Though it was hard on JT to go into too much details. Especially with his dad! So George ended up just reiterating what Kim said by always using protection and was even frank about which brands to use. Because Trojan wasn’t always around.
And with the awkward conversation finally out of the way, the two guys went shopping for condoms.
Odd, I know, but it turned out to be a good thing. JT was all matter of fact about buying condoms yet he hadn’t known there would be a variety to pick from. Thus having his dad come along and make the situation less scary was exactly what he needed.
The parents, you see, have had to face their own set of difficulties with raising a kid in the whole LA scene. So as we later saw they tend to get even more overprotective when it comes to the younger kids. Ashley who’s the eldest had it rough. He was into acting and was also touring. But his life was stalled after he started to abuse drugs.
Ashley is doing better, now, and he’s back in the studio. And furthermore he recently started to date Ali who is actually just as enthusiastic as he is when it comes to his knife throwing hobby.
In other words, his life has done a 180 from where he used to be.
However it took some time to get there and Ashley’s parents continue to worry about him to this day. So that’s why, as an already concerned mother, Alana decided to take a step in what she believes will improve Kim’s life. And she had her daughter sit down with a Love Architect.
Kimberley hasn’t really dated anyone in a long time and some in her family think her relationship with Dean (a guy that’s only a friend yet lives with her) needs to be put under a microscope. And at first, Alana and her daughter fought about all the interfering. But in the end Kimberley decided to meet this woman.
And then the architect upset her by getting Dean to admit to the fact that he does have his feelings for his “friend”.
