Supposedly, Teresa Giudice won’t be divorcing her hubby, Joe Giudice, and she’s planning on returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Despite all of the legal trouble and rumors surrounding Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, her attorney James L. Leonard tells E! News that Giudice is taking everything well, and is not planning on splitting from her husband, Joe Giudice. The couple is trying to remain as positive as they possibly can while she is serving her federal prison term.
Leonard wanted to clear the air and dispel any rumors surrounding Teresa Giudice and her family. He says, “Several months back we were able to secure an early release date of December 23. That means Teresa will leave the prison on Dec. 23 and go home and sleep in her own bed. Two days later she will wake up and celebrate Christmas with Joe and her girls.”
This statement comes after sources claimed that Joe’s actions nearly took away any shot Teresa had at an early release. Leonard confirms that while Teresa will be out of prison, she will remain in the system under home confident until February 2016, when her sentence will end.
As far as her relationship with her husband, Joe Giudice, Leonard said this, “She is not filing for divorce. She is not even contemplating it.”
Leonard goes onto tell E! News that Teresa is coping with prison the best she can. He adds, “As far as prison goes, she’s maintaining. She’s adjusted well, she has a routine and she just takes it one day at a time. With the weather breaking, she’s spending more time outside. There is a track so she’s been walking and running on the track a lot.”
Lastly, James L. Leonard also hinted that Teresa Giudice will, in fact, return to Real Housewives of New Jersey. He tells People, “Anyone who has watched that show since the very first episode understand that Teresa Giudice is the central figure around which the show revolves…I don’t expect that to change moving forward, assuming both sides can agree on a contract.”
In the meantime, Joe Giudice is raising the families kids, and is set to visit Teresa with their kids as much as possible in the coming months.
